Contraindications | The drug should not be used in dogs during the first two-thirds of pregnancy, emaciated and sick animals with infectious diseases, animals with impaired renal and liver function and with increased individual sensitivity to the active components of the drug. For pregnant dogs, the drug is prescribed in the last third of pregnancy, lactating - 2-3 weeks after giving birth. Due to the high sensitivity of collie dogs and other related breeds, it is not recommended to use these breeds for puppies. |
Method of administration and dosage | The drug is administered to dogs once in the morning feeding with a small amount of food or injected forcibly on the root of the tongue after ingestion of food in a minimum therapeutic dose of 0.5 mg of milbemycin oxime and 5 mg of praziquantel per 1 kg of animal weight. No prior fasting diet or laxatives are required. |
