Of course, for drying products containing a large amount of water - raspberry cherries, etc., you need more time for drying and periodically change the trays in places. Greens generally dry quickly. I dry different roots of parsley, celery, parsnips, carrots, different greens, even green onions, and then I mix everything and get an excellent mixture for dressing soups, sauces and so on. I really like it, but I would like to have a sheet for marshmallow - apparently I will have to look for another

I first got this model. At first I was upset that the marshmallow should not be made, but then I found a way out - I bought small trays 20x30 cm (one costs about 90 rubles). They fit well on the pallet. And voila, the marshmallow is ready! Just be sure to grease them with vegetable oil!

Before that I had a Supra dryer. I sold it after the first use. I dried the bread for 2 days. I didn't wait for the result and spat. For the same money, I bought a Rotor with a capacity of 2 times more. Dries mushrooms and apples very quickly. The other has not yet dried. After Supra, it's just lovely if you close your eyes to the design and crookedness of the trays.
