Advantages: experience of use - more than 12 years. frequency of use - daily, usually 2 times a day. the battery with this use lasts for 3-4 years. there were no failures, the glucometer was unkillable. I think that now they do not do it so well. the biggest advantage is the cost of the test strips. they give accurate readings and they are not cheaper. all imported products are two to three times more expensive. if you plan to measure blood sugar just for control, then you do not need a glucometer at all. But if you have to thoroughly deal with diabetes compensation (when you use more than 100 test strips in a month), then I just don't know better.

Disadvantages: Nowadays menus in Russian are in vogue, even better recently - colored numbers in accordance with the sugar level. The satellite only throws 1 word -error- ERROR when I do something wrong. and the numbers, and very large, in all languages - the same., do not fall for the marketing scam.

Comment: used the same automatic pen for the scarifier for the same amount of time. worked great. but nothing is eternal, broke. a week ago I took a new one, again Satellite. It turned out - garbage. works much worse. had to be improved, but it did not help much. So see for yourself.

Advantages: Shows the result more or less accurately.

Disadvantages: Wait 40 seconds ??? It's the 21st century. It's very long!

Comment: It so happened that I forgot 2a of my blood glucose meters at home and went on a business trip. I had to buy this model because there were the cheapest strips + device in Moscow. But!!!!! I have one One touch - with an arc of Diakont - the result is 1-2 seconds, and here in 40 seconds !!!!!!!!!! How so?
