I bought a Singer Promays 1412 sewing machine as a gift for March 8 to my girls (wife and daughter 14 years old). To be honest, I don’t understand anything about this and therefore focused only on reviews and cost. There were many different models, but for some reason the most positive reviews were about the Singer PROMISE 1412, in fact, that's why I stopped at it. I can only convey the delight of my girls when they saw the gift. My daughter spent all spring break at the sewing machine testing it and trying different seams and functions. Recommend.

I was looking for an inexpensive machine for the house. Stopped at the Singer 1412 Promise. This model won over with its compact size and quite reasonable price. There are no questions about the quality of sewing. For domestic needs and periodic part-time jobs, her capabilities are enough with her head. You can sew anything you want: from curtains to jeans and jackets. Fortunately, the foot rises high, so there are no problems with thick fabrics. The stroke is very soft and smooth, there is no roar like from Soviet cars. I have not encountered any breakdowns, so I can safely recommend this model!

Just want to note the ergonomics of this model. All controls are close at hand, there is an illumination of the sewing area and a pencil case for storing sewing accessories. The seam turns out to be very strong and neat, and it doesn't matter what I'm sewing: a thin silk fabric or a thick drape. It is possible to adjust the stitch in both length and width. The machine itself is very compact, but at the same time it is convenient to work with it. A couple of times there was a break in the thread, with what this is connected, I cannot say. As for the design, it is classic, nothing unusual.

Hello everybody! I can't stand aside and leave my HUGE POSITIVE feedback. I have been sewing for my pleasure for more than 15 years for myself and my two children. My first machine was an electric Podolsk. In principle, for the Council of Deputies of norms, but with the functionality you yourself understand .... And so I saved up money and bought myself a Singer !!!! The first feeling is "wow, cool ..." My pleasure has not only doubled or tripled ... it began to exceed hundreds of times what it was before. Girls! The lines are even, the fabric does not chew, the edges are processed super, and in addition to all this, there is also the possibility of implementing not only model ideas, but also my design potential for design, which has not been spent, finally got a way out !!! The whole set of necessary stitches is there, the price is not high, it works like a watch…. In general ... SUPER! SUPER! SUPER!!!
