I bought a Trelax Respecta baby pillow for my son. It is intended for children from 3 years old. She, like an adult, has a memory effect. This means that when the head rests on it and presses it down with its weight, and then the child turns over, the pillow straightens out and takes its original shape. In order to support the head in the correct position during the subsequent rotation of the body.
The pillow is packed in a quality sturdy cardboard box with a plastic handle on top. it turns out almost a small suitcase. Inside the box, it is additionally packed in a transparent plastic bag. The instruction is also attached.

Bearing in mind that I had to buy an orthopedic pillow twice for myself, I ordered two for the child at once, so that the child's head would not roll down during sleep, otherwise there would be no effect. Two pillows in our one-and-a-half-story crib were just perfect. It looks compact and neat. The only thing is that I don't want to put the child to sleep directly on the pillowcases that come with the pillows. Firstly, I am still a little confused by their composition, and albeit cotton on top, but still not 100%. And secondly, they don't match the color of the rest of the bedding, and I don't like this dissonance. So I put them in our "family" pillowcases.

It is comfortable to sleep on. True, at first the child said that the pillows were "hard", but this is in comparison with his previous one, filled with some kind of padding polyester in balls. He slept on his new thing without any problems and did not complain.

The pillowcase by the pillow is quite pleasant to the touch, hypoallergenic, however, unfortunately, not 100% cotton. I also plan to buy the same one, only for adults.
