This is the speed - the auger works more slowly, the centrifuge, a couple of seconds and the juice is ready, nevertheless the juice is more useful in the auger and this gives it a huge advantage. 2. Juice from the auger comes with pulp, if the apples are juicy and dense, its amount is minimal, with softer varieties, there will be more pulp. 3. It is easier for me to wash the auger, but that's a matter of taste. 4. The auger has a drier cake than the centrifuge. If you choose exactly the auger, then I can confidently advise you on the KT-1101! Very solid construction, as I wrote earlier, very good plastic, nothing slips, the legs stick to the table top (during operation the auger stands rooted to the spot) There is a plug on the tap. When you change the container for juice, close the valve and nothing pours onto the table (the valve is tight!) Another important point, in comparison with the centrifugal, the Kitfort auger is much quieter. While I was looking for which model to buy, I watched many videos and reviews, opinions are all different. I want to say that if you still decide to buy yourself an auger, then the quality of this model is very good, and the price is very budget.

I wanted a wide neck so as not to chop fruits and vegetables. I looked at the reviews - and in 1102, to make the output more complete - you need to help the typewriter, i.e. grind ... and my mesh is metal. Added: I make cutlets from carrot cake, adding 1 raw egg + half a teaspoon of olive oil. I don't pour semolina, flour, or salt. In the microwave in a glass form 5 - 6 minutes in the baking sleeve ... With sour cream and curd cheese - just delicious!

There is a lot of juice, dry cake. There is no unprocessed part of the vegetable. The juice contains a little pulp, but it suits me. Many people write that it is easy to clean. I won't say that washing it is straightforward, but it took less time to prepare two glasses of juice than to wash it later. There are a lot of details, and although a brush is included in the kit, a filter mesh with small holes requires diligence) Of course, this is not a drawback, but the unit is quite large. Finding a place in a small kitchen will be problematic. Pay attention to the dimensions. An excellent gift option. It is not a shame to hand it over, and the thing is useful. P.S. CONCLUSION: I was very pleased, because I did not expect that for such little money you can buy a decent unit.
