Advantages:
Withstands a working day on battery Well-built Lightweight and thin The body has enough usb, hdmi ports Surprisingly great sound
Disadvantages:
It heats up significantly when charging in the on state, but when charging in the off state everything is fine No slot for SD or at least microSD It is not clear why they made Ethernet via an adapter, and not a normal folding port The case loves to leave fingerprints
Comment:
Model 20QD002XRT Core i5, 16gb, fullHD I have been using the X line for a long time, and this model is quite satisfactory as expected. Convenient to wear every day, lightweight. However, there are no compromises in performance or functionality. With all the described shortcomings of this model, I am completely satisfied with the purchase. I always used the track point and its presence was mandatory when choosing, but this laptop has such a good touchpad that I switched to it. It works very quietly, the throttle does not squeak.

Advantages:
Touchpad! Screen Weight 2 "old" USB Charging USB-C from charging Samsung note 10 (from less powerful USB-C - no) The screen opens 180 degrees relative to the keyboard Sound of norms (they write that in the 6th generation it was bad) Operating time - a day without problems
Disadvantages:
- The first 2 months of use, the wi-fi module was constantly falling off after going into sleep mode. The support did not help in any way, giving advice to play with settings that had no effect. An update arrived a week ago and everything works fine. Hurray, but the remnants remained. - After a month of use, one of the speakers began to rattle. When the corner of the case was squeezed, the rattling disappeared, but the film did not look like that. I did not have time to apply for a guarantee, it disappeared by itself. Hooray, but there are fears for the future and the issue of quality. - Sometimes (once every 2 weeks), taking the "sleeping" laptop out of the bag, I find that it has warmed up, hangs and ate the entire battery. This is inconvenient, but the system of manifestation of the problem has not yet been revealed. I will observe and then complain in support. “Fingerprints all over this beautiful rubberized case make it a must to have and use cloths to clean your monitors. After them, it does not seem that the owner always works with the touchpad, holding a chicken leg or a sandwich in his hand.
Comment:
20qd003ert - the most empty model - slightly more expensive than 90k. I was looking for a computer as reliable, lightweight and always ready to work (including without a mouse) as my macbook air 2011, but on windows. There are no difficult tasks, but I want to work everywhere without a mouse. This one really has a very comfortable touchpad. The mouse is not needed straight at all. The screen hurt my eyes a little out of habit on the first day, but something could be adjusted there and it was ok. I no longer connect a large monitor at work to the laptop, although there is hdmi. I recommend for consideration for those who prioritize the keyboard, touchpad and screen and require windows.

Advantages:
1. The keyboard - the stroke has decreased, there is a clear and soundless response (except for the space, it clicks), at last the slackness has disappeared. The backlight hardly breaks through from under the sides of the buttons anymore, only letters are lit. 2. Form factor - a large screen with a minimum lid size, the size of a 13-inch laptop, very light, the screen can be opened with one hand, while the keyboard does not need to be held with the other hand. Feels like a monolithic one-piece Thing, not a single cricket or creak, the hinges are not tight, but the screen does not play. 3. The battery is excellent, more than 12 hours of office work. 4. The sound is cool - 4 speakers. 5.Mechanical shutter at the camera. 6. It does not heat up and is silent, the fan has not turned on yet when working in office applications. I don't even want to put TP FanControl, as I did at all before. 7.TrackPoint - there is no more such that after scrolling, the cursor continued to spontaneously move, as it was on all IBM and Lenovo, but the buttons began to be pressed hard, like on HP. 8. There is no heap of pre-installed software, almost everything is collected in a single application - Lenovo Vantage, which is quite convenient. 9.Screen without pulse frequency modulation (PWM) at dimming. The maximum brightness is good, the minimum is also sufficient for working at night. If you have a flickering font, go to the Intel Graphics Control Panel setting and disable power saving mode. But subjectively - the screen is not very good, in the eyes of some kind of moire from it. 10. The operation of the capacitors is not audible, the laptop in this regard is absolutely quiet. On all previous Lenovo in one form or another, crackling or hissing was heard. 11. The power button has migrated to the side panel, now it is visible without opening the lid (and automatically turning on) the laptop is sleeping or turned off. 12.BIOS user-friendly graphic. 13. The fingerprint scanner is reactive and accurate, no false positives. 14.Has a kensington lock. 15. Be sure to take with LTE, the laptop is always online, very convenient. I forgot about searching or distributing WiFi from my phone.
Disadvantages:
1. Bright blue LEDs on the keyboard, CapsLock, FnLock, mute and microphone, hurts the eye even during the day. You can try to pick out the buttons and paint over with a marker on the back to dim the glow, but I'm not ready for experiments yet. 2. There is no needle included for pulling out the SIM card tray. 3. No card reader. 4. Native charging already seems large enough, I want something smaller, since with the new USB Type C charging connector, the field for experiments is now large.
Comment:
What can I say in the end, I'm happy as an elephant, the laptop is worth every ruble spent, the pleasure of using a good thing lasts longer than a cheap price, much longer, especially when it is your working tool. I have been using ThinkPads since 2002, when there was still an IBM ThinkPad 600, very few people saw this at all :) and I can say that the X1 in the seventh generation is already a very fine-tuned machine.

Advantages:
Everything, and separately: 1) The case, yes it gets dirty, but it is very pleasant to touch it, every time I get stupid pleasure by running my hand over the rubberized surface.2) The touchpad, just a top, like point 1, it slides as it should, before I didn't think I could give up the mouse. 3) I didn't expect the sound at all, there were previously laptops with a subwoofer, but here it's just a top, it's like a portable newfangled speaker with a top sound. 4) Durability, yet its military standards, are worth something, at least not immediately fall apart. 5) SIM card, damn it is very convenient :), wifi in the past, except at home. But the speed test and the actual speed are lower than that of the phone, but enough for full HD online. 6) Everything is smart, including SSD, they were not greedy for 500 reads, they put the normal 3500 ... and so on with everything. 7) Charging from Type C, it's hard to call it an advantage, it should be in the order of things, but damn it comes across devices with a different connector, which is terribly infuriating. And so, the phone, laptop, headphones are all on Type C, all from one adapter. 8) Mass, I'm kind of used to ultrabooks, but everyone who holds it is immediately delighted. 9) FnLock appeared :) those who dealt with this type of keyboard before will understand.
Disadvantages:
1) The processor at maximum speed can work for a few seconds, then overheat and reset the frequency. As if for basic tasks, everything is ok, I typed my 4.6 GHz, completed the task in milliseconds. But if we are talking about some kind of heavy games, this is not here. However, another story about 2D, such as terraria, factorio, FTL, Prison A., etc., everything is great and great. 2) Autonomy has been better, the battery has been cut off a little, but the percentage still eats ...
Comment:
I have 1920p, touch, 512 SSD, 16 RAM, 4.6Hz percent.

Advantages:
Updated from the 5th generation. What can I say - the sound has become much better, the screen is matte and at the same time touch based. Excellent unblocking by face scan, moreover, if you leave the laptop, you can put the automatic blocking option. Otherwise - as always - a super product. PS I have 16 GB of RAM
Disadvantages:
no complaints so far

Advantages:
In the context of using it as a linux machine for a system programmer in the i7 + 512GB + 16GB + 4K configuration: * Ubuntu-18.04 got up almost without problems, HiDPI displays in terms of fonts are something! * Light sho pPC, sometimes it seems that it is not in the bag * Hardware disk encryption calms :) * Performance everywhere except Skype - wah) * Docking station 40AS0090EU Type-C Gen 2 came up perfectly, including monitor support (there were doubts that it would start ) * 6 hours in browser mode with WiFi in conference conditions - normal
Disadvantages:
* Trotting! Compiling ffmpeg under Linux in 16 threads takes the machine over 90 degrees and as a result - the frequency is reset to 800 MHz * Suddenly, the same garbage with Skype: screen sharing - trotting - UI starts to lag * The built-in microphone starts up under Ubuntu only with a tambourine, as a result - constant switching of sound settings between modes "laptop itself" / "docking station" / "TWS-headset" * HiDPI is not supported by all programs correctly (Shutter, GIMP and toggl as an example) * Fingerprint also speaks only with a tambourine under Ubuntu starts up, but there is still little hope for its normal operation, on the x240 it was useless and now it is unlikely that something has changed * Tambourines with UEFI: it was not possible to do a dual boot Now the general for Windows too: * Ventilation rather warms the hand with a mouse. It's unpleasant. * Trackpad - well, you can't use it, here you need to have a sniper with your fingers * PWM in the screen backlight: there is nothing to compare with, but when shooting from a phone, you can see that it is hellish at low backlight levels.
Comment:
Probably in another life, I would take the i5 (if it has no problems with trotting). Or not :) And maybe I would have taken the usual FullHD instead of 4K for the sake of the absence of PWM and greater UI performance due to the smaller number of pixels. Or not :)

Advantages:
1. Holds for a long time. Of course, not 18 hours declared (I don't understand at all in what mode they counted). Pozdka SPb-Msk on Sapsan: it consumed about 50% of the battery. 2. Lightweight. More precisely, VERY lightweight. 3. High-quality assembly. No backlash, no creaks. By the way, the lid opens with one hand and you don't need to hold anything. 4. Screen. It is excellent, but .... why did I take 4k for myself, I still did not understand, for normal FullHD work for the eyes and for the ears and the battery it will eat less. 5. Keyboard. I moved from the old X220t without any problems, all the buttons are almost to the touch. I did not understand the indignation about the FN button. Typing is VERY comfortable. The backlight helps to stick at night. 6. Looks stylish. 7. Charging usb-c. Now I take only one charger on the road, it is for both mobile and laptop. Conveniently. 8. Very smart. Still, he shouldn't be smart with i7 and ssd :)
Disadvantages:
1. This is not a gaming laptop. Minor, when he put a couple of toys on it, began to reduce the graphics settings in them. The laptop is not sharpened for games (and kagbe is not positioned, but stsuko for that kind of money .....) 2. Marky. Prints remain. Wipe more often. (besides, the X220t didn’t care in this regard) 3. It’s not entirely clear, what for it was to declare work until 6 pm? it's clear that marketing is a lie, but not nice. 4. The screen could be made additionally protected (like in Yoga), where you can safely poke your finger. Immediately poking at the screen is dumb (it is not a touchscreen), but it is clear that it is less protected than that of Yoga. I am generally silent about the x220t, there they can hammer in nails. 5.Using DDR3 ... although 16 gigs is enough for me and somehow I can not complain about the performance.
Comment:
Overall impression: the device is excellent. High quality stylish business laptop. I tried to find it "in the top": i7 / 16Gb / 1Tb ssd / 4k Very helpful when traveling and working "in the fields". Lives almost all day, in the evening about 20% of the battery remains. (sometimes more). In short: a great tool for the job. It strained that it does not show the load on the hard disk, but this is solved programmatically. you can make any light bulb under the disk display without problems.
