One switch turned out to be with a burned-out backlight bulb, although it functioned itself, it had to be replaced with a working one.

The buttons do not break, and the sockets themselves are normally made and you do not have to unbend the antennae like on cheaper filters. The antennae themselves are copper and not steel, which also speaks of the good quality of these filters.
