Very solidly made. Assembly Indonesia - quality of plastic and all materials, assembly at a height - clearly noticeable difference from Chinese soap dishes. Soft, velvet sound. Switches and regulators work well. Good speaker power - 2.5W. Plays MP3 music from a flash drive to 16 gigs stable. In terms of reception quality, FM catches all local stations with a non-extended telescopic antenna. On KV -25, 31, 49 meters, there are also many stations in the evening and at night. If only the Japanese gentlemen took into account our local realities, that is, they added the Soviet VHF 65-74MHz ( so that there was radio of Russia, Mayak, Orpheus and Zvezda) and made the illumination of the scale with a green light - it would be even more successful. It's worth the money. Very satisfied.

minus only 1 - no power supply included, I decided to buy as soon as the batteries run out, but I'm still waiting. For understanding, I bought it as a gift for NG 2016, now it is September 6 and is still working.

Good sensitivity. Continuous HF range without break. Separate 3.5mm audio input, can be used as a speaker.
Disadvantages:
The sound quality depends on the transmitting radio station, where it is just wonderful, where the sound is rather flat, it would be nice to build in a tone control instead of a semi-functional MP-3. No scale backlight, no proprietary power supply. And to find a power supply unit - stable 6 volts, with a minus in the center of the connector, and moreover - it is important - that it does not interfere with radio reception - this must be tried. I had to make it myself. In general, for a semi-stationary receiver, it would be nice to connect it directly to the network, but what is missing is not there. The antenna turns only left and right, and sometimes it would be necessary to tilt it back and forth, but alas! In the recess in the body, which replaces the carrying handle, only the tips of the fingers can hardly enter - and it looks like it will fall out of the hands. All these minor flaws leave a feeling of incompleteness for a given price, although if you count until the next increase, then you will calmly close your eyes to this.
Comment:
Outside the city in the evening and at night on KV and SV many radio stations are caught and sometimes it is interesting to travel on the air. Everything disappears in the city except FM. It would be nice if there was still a fine tuning on HF, it's a pity that it is not there. The lack of backlight strains, again I had to sculpt it myself, two LEDs in series, just 6 volts, without any resistors. We sculpt it on double-sided tape, as if the place was left on purpose. Plus on the volume control switch, minus on the center of the power connector. Power from the connector goes through a protective diode, so the backlight works only from the mains, which is what it needs. But in general, the radio is not bad, it looks stylish and performs all its functions, despite the shortcomings. Who doesn't have them?

Disadvantages:
mp3 without random playback, mono, no power supply, while finding a normal power supply that does not degrade reception quality is very difficult.

I am satisfied with the receiver, we could have made it one and a half times larger, add a second speaker and a knob and it would have been a 100% hit for the next few years. After a long search for the right power supply, I settled on the following model: Robitron DN 1000. You cannot take the SN 1000 model - it provides a whistle when listening to radio broadcasts. After buying a b / n I will write my review on it. Recently I bought a power supply unit (adapter) Robiton DN 500. There is no whistle or noise while listening to the radio. I wanted to buy DN 1000. Why? And so there is enough power to voice the entire summer cottage. Be careful with the polarity of the RP. The central power pin at the RP has a (-).

Bought exclusively for the kitchen, instead of the Chinese "soap dish". A masterpiece, not an apparatus! Heavy (this is a plus), thoroughly assembled. Operates at 15-20% power - optimally. I listened to MP3 a couple of times, it’s good that it is, it would not be - I would buy it anyway. I support everyone - the radio is cool. I never hoped to find one in the current market, where everything is made of cheap plastic. And here is a tree! Heavy. The sound is very clear and high quality, just like in the good old days. The only negative for me is the lack of a power supply in the kit, I had to ask my brother to make it out of handy tools. According to the characteristics, it turned out not as in the instructions, but 5.5V 1A, but it works great. Before that, it was kept on batteries for 2 months, but they never sat down.
