Advantages: Reasonable price, good quality plastic, almost eternal touch control, a container for draining condensate, many programs (which will help you cook many dishes without bothering, subject to the proportions according to the instructions), the ability to manually edit each program, multi-cook mode, a really large bowl ...
Disadvantages: The first day or two smelled a little of plastic (but not food, namely air during cooking), but since 0517 does not have plastic contact with the heating elements, the smell quickly disappeared.
Comment: An excellent workhorse. The device is really well designed. If you don’t mind from 5500 to 7000 rubles, then I advise you not to sweat with the choice, then thank me again :) I chose a multicooker for 4 days (and nights :), BUT the "left" reviews about this product interfered with this choice most of all. We got all sorts of anonymous trolls doing their dirty work. People, well, understand - well, it cannot be that one has an upper ten, and the other does not, well, what for to write all sorts of nonsense that I'm not sure about. So for all the dull and slow-witted, I unscrewed the top cover with the Polaris PMC 0517AD and took a picture. You can check on your 0517 - a grounding icon is punched on the aluminum cover and a bolt next to it, which differs from those in a circle, is the MANDATORY grounding contact of the heating element. Ten is included only on some programs. Yes, it is not powerful, only 18 W, but this is enough to brown the crust for a while :) A request to everyone who still chooses a multicooker - PLEASE do not be fond of Redmond products - this is a very stupid 2 TIMES overpayment! for a product that is much lower than POLARIS quality. I hope my review will help a lot, and there will be more literate and verified reviews on the market. Whoever has questions, I can easily answer. Sincerely, Korolev Eugene.

Advantages: Ceramic bowl (volume 5 l), many programs, fast and quiet, easy to clean
Disadvantages: made in China (as, in principle, everything is now)
Comment: Recently I purchased this multicooker model. Before that, I monitored the Internet for about 2 weeks, at first I wanted to buy a redmond m90, but negative reviews were embarrassed (and the price of a redmond is still 9 thousand without a discount). So why I chose Polaris pmc 0517 ad: 1) This model is popular and is a hit. On the Internet, you can find many forums with already proven recipes. There are groups on social networks where they also post recipes and give answers to questions regarding the operation of the multicooker. 2) Adequate price (I bought for 4290 rubles in an online store I already checked) compared to redmond (with the same functions and almost the same design). Of course, there are negative reviews about this multicooker, BUT they have an expensive multicooker from the Redmond company. 3) Beautiful space design. 4) Already in the process of use: it cooks and bakes very tasty, and what yoghurts are mmm. The only thing is that I only used recipes from the Internet for this multicooker, since I read that not everything is written correctly in the recipe book. I also want to give a small comment on negative reviews: 1) If you want impeccable quality of a multicooker, then buy a Korean-assembled cuckoo for 20 thousand rubles. What do you want for such a price and from made in China? Some kind of superpowers and never break? 2) Yes, there is a slight smell during the first boil (you need to boil in the bake mode for 30 minutes before use), but it goes away immediately after boiling. 3) Do not save and buy in trusted stores or online stores. 4) As already mentioned, a multicooker is not a self-assembled tablecloth. For example, while frying potatoes with onions, I opened the lid a couple of times and stirred, but still it does not compare with standing at the stove, when you need to constantly stir and then "scrub" a frying pan. Yes, fried in a slow cooker is much healthier. Therefore, I advise you a multicooker polaris :) I hope my review was useful to you.

Advantages: Excellent combination of price and quality, 16 automatic programs, cups for yoghurt included, touch control, manual mode Multi-cook with the possibility of manually setting the cooking time and temperature.
Disadvantages: no
Comment: In general, I stopped at Polaris PMC 0517AD. DEX DMC65 considered her as a competitor. There was a special offer in the store - a spare ceramic bowl was given as a gift to the multicooker, this predetermined my choice. The price for them was the same - 999 UAH (122 $). The sensor works fine, comments are probably written by those who do not have a touch mobile phone. Excellent ceramic bowl with handles !!! In general, there really are 2 varieties of this model - 2012 and 2013. Since 2013, they began to write "New" on the box, this is the 2013 model. Instructions for them on the Polaris website - One instruction for 2 models - from 1 to 23 pages - for the 2013 model, from 24 to 46 pages - for the 2012 model - The difference in 2 modes - in 2012 - dessert and crust, in 2013 - pilaf and jam. - The difference in the Delayed start function - in the 2012 model, the timer can be set only on 5 automatic programs (Steam, Beans, Dessert, Stew and Soup) and on a multi-cook !! - in the 2013 model, the timer can be set to 14 automatic programs (except for Pasta and heating), but not on a multi-cook !!!!! Although in the instructions this function is indicated as available, in practice it is definitely NOT possible to set a timer on a Multipovar !!!!! This is considered a significant disadvantage for some cooking enthusiasts! - Condensation with a sharp opening of the lid can really probably get under the bowl on the heating element. But I always open smoothly, holding the lid and condensation perfectly drips from the lid onto the sides and then flows into the drip tray. The truth does not drain all, part of it just drops on the sides. The option is to either wipe them with napkins, or tilt the multicooker back and let the drops drain into the drip tray - in the 2013 model, the cooking time can be changed for ALL !!! programs - in the 2012 model - cannot be changed on Baking (50 min), Krupe (25), Heating (20) Read my full review http://otzovik.com/postreview.php?pid=114126

Advantages: High-quality body materials, ceramic bowl with handles, yoghurt jars, many programs + multi-cook, accessories for sale.
Disadvantages: When the lid is closed, it sometimes rests against the bowl (on the lid, on the inside, the fasteners for the iron disk rest against the edge of the bowl), you have to adjust it a little and everything closes. Not a very logical arrangement of programs (milk porridge at the bottom, pizza at the top, etc.), but this is already nit-picking, although they could have thought over and arranged the programs according to demand. When you open the lid, condensation sometimes falls over the bowl and falls on the heating disc, as a rule, it is hot and the water immediately boils and evaporates with a characteristic sound (on the other hand, I think this is the case for all multicookers).
Comment: As practice has shown, my review is a success, so I decided to supplement and rewrite it. My wife really liked this cartoon and she asked for a second one. The first multicooker was assembled on 11.2013, the second on 02.2014. The revision does not seem to have changed. VERY IMPORTANT: if you are frightened by reviews about low quality and poor functionality, then note that the multicooker has three different revisions. All multicooker Polaris PMC 0517AD, which have been produced since October 2013, have many fixed problems and advanced functionality (mute / heating, delayed start on many programs, temperature and time changes during cooking, and much more). It is this revision that is worth taking. The production date is indicated on the back of the multicooker under the condensate container (sticker). And now the most important thing is why I decided to rewrite the review at all - I was insanely outraged by the new negative reviews that appear very often. I believe that people either write them for money or really don't know how to use cartoons. And now, the myths from the comments (remember, I have 2 slow cookers and I know what I'm writing about). 1 - Jars for yoghurt are made of incomprehensible material without markings and smell like plastic. Answer: it's a lie, I have all 12 jars and their lids are marked PP - polypropylene (absolutely safe) and do not smell. 2 - Sink of plastic slow cooker and food. Answer: a lie, it smells a little for a couple of days, then there are no smells. 3 - Milk porridge runs away. Answer: grease the sides of the bowl with a piece of butter, we did this from the first preparation of milk porridge and so far nothing has escaped, even huge portions. 4 - Food burns. Answer: Do not drop the bowl and put cold food on the hot bowl. After cooking, let the bowl cool to room temperature and then wash. If you allow sudden changes in temperature or hit the bowl, then micro-cracks are formed, which completely violate the non-stick properties. 5 - Baking is browned, but you need to turn it over to the other side and bake it - so on all multicooker!

Advantages: Ceramic bowl, bowl handles, design, multi-cook, almost anything can be cooked.
Disadvantages: condensation, which does not always get into a special compartment, but this is solved by slightly tilting the multicooker.
Comment: Good day to all! My husband and I decided to buy a multicooker and I started studying all the models. I immediately liked 0517AD, but negative reviews scared me and I already wanted to refuse this purchase, but my husband insisted and ordered a multicooker in the online store. An additional bowl came with her as a gift). The first step was to boil a slow cooker with lemon in the "steaming" mode. I read a lot of unflattering reviews about the smell of rubber, then washed the bowl itself with soapy water and dried it. That evening I baked apples and honey in it. The apartment smelled of baked apples, but not rubber, the apples themselves did not smell to her either, which made her happy). The next morning they cooked a roast, very tasty, then there was pilaf and a cake. In the evening I loaded buckwheat, put it on a delayed start in the "Groats" mode and in the morning they ate freshly boiled porridge for breakfast. The handles are not hot, you can handle them without additional funds, there is no rubber smell, the sensor works well, the buttons are pressed with all fingers of both hands, the Start and Cancel buttons are pressed with a 2-second delay (this is stated in the instructions !!! for safety, who have small children), in automatic modes you can increase or decrease the time (this is described in the instructions for each mode). The multicooker is on the desktop and does not go anywhere. Advice for those who began to doubt because of bad reviews - if you are in the mood and want to, take it! I doubted myself, but now I don't regret it. P.S. I have been using a multicooker for 3 months every day. I bake muffins, pies, cakes in a non-stick saucepan). I cook porridge in a ceramic saucepan, including at a delayed start, prepare pizza, pilaf, various meat dishes, carcass and bake potatoes, everything turns out delicious. I cook only first courses and pasta on the stove. Cover the bowls did not hurt at all, although I use the spoons from the kit. The verdict is still the same - I am glad that I decided to buy and I do not regret it !!!

Advantages: price-quality ratio (I took it in an online store for 4040 rubles) a ceramic saucepan with handles !!! nothing burns and does not run away if you do according to recipes there is a multi-cook and much more.
Disadvantages: there are some inconveniences, but this is also found in other multicooker, in short, you can adapt.,. Anyone who writes about rush-rush is not a problem to refuse such a good multi ..
Comment: When choosing a multicooker, of course I read reviews. I decided that if I choose 0517, I will study it in two weeks and write my own. So, the summary: an excellent slow cooker, convenient, especially the fact that you don't need to control it, put all the ingredients and go about your business. In short - I ADVISE! P.S. add a plus sign to my review for usefulness. Thank you.

Advantages: 1. Adequacy of the price. 6000 rubles for this multicooker is a reasonable price. 2. A universal set of programs. The presence of a "multi-cook". 3. Dimensions. The multicooker is quite compact, lightweight (but does not roll on the table when stirring food), with a handle for transportation. 4. Ceramic bowl, which is very easy to clean. The handles of the bowl are not heated. I can easily carry a full bowl of soup by these handles. 5. A really big bowl. A full bowl of soup or, for example, pilaf is more than enough to feed 12 people of average gluttony :) 6. The quality of cooking. I believe that food from a multicooker is much superior to that cooked on the stove. 7. Convenience of preparation. Replaces both a saucepan and a frying pan and a double boiler. He even knows how to bake. 8. I would like to point out the possibility of steaming as a separate item. If you do not like / are contraindicated in fried, then this is your option. You can steam meat, fish and vegetables, but it is also possible to cook scrambled eggs or omelettes without oil and without burning. 9. Electricity consumption is quite moderate, no sharp upward jumps in terms of payment for electricity have been noted (BUT: there is a feeling that a few extra kilowatts are "eaten up" when the multicooker is idle (the red indicator is blinking), so we pull the cord out of ours after finishing cooking) ... 10. All parts of the multicooker are easy to clean with a soft sponge. 11. Workmanship. Everything is strong, reliable. 12. Extremely convenient touch panel. All menu items and numbers are perfectly visible. All buttons clearly respond to pressing with a thumb (but with a smaller finger, it may not be so smooth, but I don't consider this a disadvantage at all). 13. Nice, stylish design (a matter of taste, but all our guests liked it).
Disadvantages: 1. Smell from plastic parts and from the rubber band on the inner lid. Immediately, I note that the smell is not transmitted to food, only parts of the unit smell. I solved the problem as follows: I soaked the smelling plastic parts and the removable inner lid in lemon-scented dishwashing solution overnight. In the morning I thoroughly washed everything with a sponge with the same solution. After that, the smell disappeared and no longer appeared. 2. A small book of recipes. Still, 25-30 recipes are not enough for an inexperienced user. But we did not depend on her from the very beginning, so this is not such a disadvantage for our family. Plus on the Internet (and if you are reading this, then you definitely have it) there is a colossal number of a wide variety of recipes for multicooker.
Comment: We use it for 3 months, we cook it regularly in a multicooker. We have already cooked a lot: they cooked soups, cereals, made pilaf, omelet, steamed meat and fish, cutlets, pizza, casseroles, pies (!) All these dishes turned out great! A month after using, we abandoned any instructions and recipes, now we only improvise, and, most importantly, all improvisations are successful. The large bowl is ideal for a large family or for people who love to gather and properly feed their guests. The multicooker is suitable for summer residents - down with old rotten tiles. And it is simply necessary for those who want to lose weight, for whom fatty and fried (with diabetes, gastritis, stomach ulcers, etc.) is contraindicated. Porridge, meat, fish, steamed vegetables - this is what you need. I would like to note that it is unlikely that you will be able to act immediately as in advertising: "I threw everything and went on business." Still, you need to keep an eye on the cooking process with one eye. But once you get the hang of it, the advertising motto becomes reality. And separately about the price. Redmond offers a model with a similar design and functionality for 11,500 and a model with a new design and completely similar functionality for about 14,000. I have not used their products, I can’t say anything good or bad, but their prices bite great. At first I thought that maybe such a gap in price would cover the gap in quality, but in Polaris PMC 0517AD I did not find any quality flaws (except for the smell, already eliminated). The only thing is that Redmond offers a book with 200 recipes, but you must agree that if you have the Internet, overpaying 5000-8000 for a recipe book is crazy. It's another matter if you fall in love with the Redmond design, but that's a completely different story :) And my choice is Polaris PMC 0517AD, and I can safely recommend this multicooker to everyone who wants to buy a similar device, but have not yet decided on the model.

Advantages: The most versatile model, a bunch of features and benefits! Honestly, I don’t know how to cook, and I don’t like it, but the status of my wife and mother obliges))) I bought it and I’m not happy, it cooks deliciously and quickly, nothing burns (if done correctly), even faster than indicated in the recipe book ... For two months I chose among dozens of models, read reviews on the Internet, I did not dare to buy which one, saw this one and realized that this was the best option. Although it cost more than I expected - 7400 rubles, I decided that it was better to be more expensive than just something! At the same time, I immediately bought a spare bowl, just in case. Pros: - of course the "multi-cook" program, knowing the temperature and cooking time, you can cook whatever your heart desires, and the remaining 16 programs are already useless))); - prepares everything and everyone, tasty and fast, threw it and left; - removable lid and ceramic bowl with handles; - a container for steaming; - when burning is possible - it turns off, eg, "crust" function; - in all programs you can open the lid and control the process; - a sufficiently loud signal, like a microwave; - beautiful and fashionable design, LCD panel, takes up minimum space in the kitchen; - delayed start, although I personally don't use it, maybe for the night and, for example, go for a walk, and she cooks at home - I can't, you never know what !? It is impossible to leave working electrical appliances unattended, every child should know this, a short circuit and a skiff, but you are not at home or what is worse you sleep ...
Disadvantages: Cons: - there are really few recipes in the book, but this is not really a minus, the manufacturer should provide a good technique, and not write cookbooks !!! In it, the main thing is stated, and the rest is done according to the same principle, the main thing is fantasy, well, the Internet, of course, and there are bulk recipes; - to select the groat mode, eg, you need to beep the button 15 times, hehe, and if you miss, start over, the same thing with temperature / time adjustment.Well, really could not, as on a computer, make 2 arrows or + and -!? Well, okay, this is a drawback of almost all multicooker; - the display quickly goes out, if you think about it, you have to start over, oh, this energy saving, reminds my android)))); - of course, I would like to set the time to the lower side on some modes, where the minimum time is already 2 hours (for example, stewing), if you cook a chicken, this is too much, why burn it so much, not to mention electricity) you would have to watch it yourself but there is a multi-cook. - some functions are exactly the same, the temperature is the same, the difference is only in time, for example, crust and frying, baking and baking, one could replace them with one with a minimum temperature, but you need to set more time, they came up with absolutely lazy comrades.
Comment: This is my first multi-cooker, so in practice there is nothing to compare with. At first I was afraid that it would burn out or something else, but I was worried in vain, she met all expectations, now I am already inventing recipes myself, taking analogs on the Internet! I hope my review will help you with the choice, I recommend, I did not regret this purchase at all, I can’t get enough of it)))

Advantages: 1. Value for money (bought for 6190) 2. Multi-cook !!!!! 3. Design 4. Build quality 5. Bowl with handles, handles DO NOT HEAT, bowls without handles are suitable, it is very convenient to take out, while you do not need to additionally buy tongs for 650 rubles, and then think about where to store them. 6. Jars for yogurt included - a trifle, but nice. 7. Prepares EVERYTHING!
Disadvantages: No
Comment: I chose a mul-ku for 2 months, re-read a bunch of reviews about different models and stopped at Redmond 4502, but after NG in our city they were all sold out, and the price on the Internet is 9-10 thousand rubles. shocked me! For an electric pan that kind of money? I began to look closely at cheaper models, came across this model, I liked it very much, but the price in our city also turned out to be 9450. The search continued ..... And suddenly I stumbled upon this model in the store at a price of 6190 rubles. and clung to her without hesitation !!!! Now I am the happy owner of a wonderful saucepan. I don't want to repeat myself - the device is wonderful. I immediately bought a second bowl for him - I recommend it to everyone, it is very convenient. I read about the shortcomings of the model in the reviews and in bewilderment: I had no smell at all - I just washed the bowl under running water and immediately began to cook. There are not enough recipes for those who do not know how to cook and are used to receiving EXACT instructions for everything in life. Here it is important to understand the very principle of operation of the device, and use your proven recipes. Someone does not have enough temperature or time on different programs - in my opinion, such claims can be made to models without a multi-cook, but here everything is regulated. In general, having read the shortcomings in the reviews, I conclude that people who do not have sufficient experience with this device write about them. Summarizing the above, FOR THOSE WHO GET CONFUSED IN CHOOSING A MODEL: I highly recommend a model worth attention (especially because of the multi-cook function). Somewhere I read the recommendations of experts that for beginners it is better to buy a simple mul-ku in the form of a pan with auto functions, learn how to use it, and then you can buy with a "multi-cook". But think for yourself - a simple model costs 3-4 thousand, you will learn how to use it in a maximum of 1-2 weeks perfectly and you will immediately understand how inconvenient it is when you cannot adjust either the time or the pace, or 3-4 weeks for you. madly want a mul-ku with a "multi-cook", but this one where? so take a good one right away. P.S Dedicated to those who are not rich enough to buy cheap things ../

Advantages: Outwardly beautiful. Many useful programs, multi-cook. Bowl with handles, removable lid.
Disadvantages: One bowl is NOT enough! There is no separate bowl lid.You have to pour over ready-made meals in order to cook something else.
Comment: I, in principle, cook very well myself on the stove)) Well, I succumbed to the reviews of friends that I can't do without a slow cooker. I will say right away that I will not buy expensive models, but here I got a promotion in a store and a cartoon for less than 3 tr. Important programs were a multi-cook, 3D heating, a ceramic bowl, necessarily frying (not all cartoons have it), well, and the appearance. I bought it, connected it, set it to boil water, as recommended. When I first turned on, smoke poured, not very much and not for long. There was no more of it, probably the heating elements work this way for the first time)) After boiling, the plastic smell did not go away and did not go away for about a week. Boiled water with lemon again for 30 minutes. My husband found the exact word - plastic food. But ... after a week of active use, the smell completely disappeared. Well, yes, at first I was very upset, they say I just threw my money down the drain, and I cook much better on the stove .... I decided to try everything! My husband said, play for now)) So, frying. Well, really like it! 160 ° heats up instantly, I do not wait for the cartoon to signal that you can throw food, but fry in 20 seconds. And fry very quickly and oil is not sprayed in the kitchen, because high sides. Soup. I cooked cabbage soup, very tasty. They are like from the oven, first I fry, then pour water, throw in everything else and for 1 hour. Neither potatoes nor cabbage are boiled like on the stove, but remain intact. Quenching. The chicken is just crumbly, very tender. Pilaf. Not quite yet, I will experiment further. Fried potatoes with mushrooms are perfect! The casserole didn't work out, but I don't particularly strive to bake cakes in a cartoon. Yes, by the way, I cook at the same time meat from the bottom, and side dish-vegetables, potatoes on top in a double boiler. The paradox, now I forgot about the stove)) I cook only in the multitude and one bowl is not enough, on occasion I will buy another one. Conclusion. This is not a self-assembled tablecloth, if you don't know how to cook on the stove, you won't learn in the cartoon))
