Citric acid in distilled water is another matter, but it does not dissolve completely, but remains in the form of a white coating along the edge of the water, it can be erased, but this white coating is sticky, and it is much more difficult to wipe it off the top, aluminum lid. And it is not known whether it has got inside and will not flow out ... And what is it in general? We bought a multicooker on a trip, left a heavy book with recipes at home, relying on the site and the application mentioned in the instructions, but the model turned out to be too new, the application does not know about it :-( The indication of operating modes is faded and barely discernible in bright sunlight. a heater by means of a relay that clicks, I would somehow understand it if there was a vigorous heater of a couple of kilowatts, although now even the irons have electronic keys.In general, the savings are dubious, given the price of good relays, I want to believe that mechanical protection against There is overheating, but the instruction hints at the opposite.Well, with all the richness of settings, we could display the current temperature in real time, but this is so, Wishlist ...

Comment: There is no alternative multicooker for travel, the successor of rmc01 and 02, one can argue about better / worse, but now it is empty ...

Advantages: I ordered a small multicooker Redmond RMC-03 via the Internet. I chose for a long time, but still settled on Redmond. I bought it for a child, but in the end I cook it for the whole family. Ceramic coated 2 liter bowl, rather thick walls. Both the appearance and the inside of the multicooker are just great! A convenient touch panel, an instruction where everything is very sensibly described how to use, a book with recipes, while you get used to it, helps to understand the proportions of dishes. She does an excellent job with baking, and with porridge, and with soups. Now I also constantly cook yogurt in it. And baking a sponge cake or cottage cheese casserole, contrary to my expectations, turns out better than in the oven! The dough is completely baked, remains very aromatic and does not dry out, in the oven there are always drier biscuits and casseroles. And a very good size of the dish or baking is obtained - for a small family, everyone has enough food and there is no excess left for tomorrow. I don't see any drawbacks yet, I've been using it for 4 months and I'm very happy!

Comment: Despite the small bowl, the portion can satisfy a small family, tested! We took her with us on vacation to Thailand and she just perfectly coped with all the dishes. They cooked porridge in coconut milk, soups, compote. There is no notch or rim for the basket to be pulled out. I had to buy a towel (no, not a potholder: it is impossible to hook such a small volume with it) and reaching into the basket with your hands, pull it out. 4. The same situation with a bowl from a multicooker. Also, there is no notch or rim with which you could easily pull out the hot bowl.

Comment: I am correcting the review after experience of use. I bought it for work. I eat right, but the canteen of our company and various delivery services are not able to provide the required quality (fatty, high-calorie, little meat, etc.) For a long time I was carrying containers from home, which was terribly tired. Now I have buckwheat, rice, oatmeal, barley, spaghetti, spices, vegetable oil in my closet at work. In the refrigerator there are eggs, milk, butter, sour cream, vegetables. In the freezer - homemade semi-finished products. In the morning I come to work and, while studying my mail, I have an omelet, scrambled eggs or porridge being prepared. At lunchtime, I throw in buckwheat with frying onions and carrots from Maggi, on top of a cooking basket, there are homemade cutlets or chicken breast. 40 minutes and I have the freshest food))). Because cooked for the first time, it turned out a bit too much. 4 servings although I only needed two. Yesterday I brought sorrel from the dacha. At work, I threw at the same time potatoes, sorrel, a lot of green onions, chopped tomatoes and again my chemical frying onions / carrots))). An hour later - breathtaking cabbage soup. Now I don’t stand at home at night to prepare my ration for a working day (I even have dinner at work), but I cook everything fresh 1-2 times, without leaving my workplace! Py.sy. I want to buy myself such a home (although 2 Panasonic already live at home) And, if it were not for the problematic indication and difficulties in removing the bowl, the price would not have been for such a unit.

The porridges did not run away (the secret is that you need to grease the bowl with butter and add to the porridge), stewed vegetables, everything was ok.

Disadvantages: The removable lid, which adheres to the inside of the bowl is very thin, it is scary to touch it, the bowl is still too small, in the previous model the removable lid was stronger and the bowl is a little larger, milk porridge often runs away.

Comment: In general, the multicooker is good, solid, and if you need just a small one, then there is no alternative. But I liked my predecessor a little more, I would have bought it, but it is no longer on sale, I would have to use this one.
