Reviews of Weber 8 kg 17591
Glows fast in starter, burns long, best coal you can find
price?
Psychologically, of course, I would like it cheaper, but the quality is excellent! Can be reused, if extinguished, to extinguish you need to close all grill flaps, it will go out by itself.
Strong, broken almost were not in the package. They burn for a long time.
The cost
First impression: cool packaging. Everything is thought out. They do very well and then smolder for a long time. I cooked pork belly in low heat (kept 140) for a little over 3 hours. They did not burn out until the end and kept the temperature.
Excellent briquettes
no
Compared to classic coal, heaven and earth. Burn evenly and predictably. They burn out almost to zero (write no ash). If the grill has the ability to shut off the air, then it is quite possible to reuse the leftovers. As for the price, it must be borne in mind that there are 8 kg and not liters. Ordinary coals weigh on average 200g / liter i.e. An 8l bag of coal is an average of 1.6 kg. So consider that it is more profitable - 1 pack of the most predictable briquettes or liters do not understand what kind of coal.
They can be quite economical. If you do not intend to cook for a long time (with a small company or a couple of steaks with vegetables), the briquettes can be stewed and then reused. Used briquettes in the starter ignite and keep heat in the same way as during the first ignition
In windy weather, when frying on go anywhere glaze, fine dust-ash gets on the products from the briquettes and then creaks on the teeth when you eat
