Disadvantages: The settings of the radar detector are inconvenient and difficult for me: I still could not make the radar warn all cameras by voice, regardless of the speed of my movement. With this mirror, in contrast to the standard one, shaking is noticeable, probably due to the addition of weight, and you cannot completely replace the standard one with the MD-161, only attach it with rubber bands on top. I don’t know what it’s connected with, but every time I lower and raise the handbrake, the screen starts to twitch, it doesn’t bother me much, but sometimes it freezes, I have to restart, in case of an accident (pah-pah) I would not want this to happen. I understand the complexity of the design itself and its versatility, but I could barely set the direction of the camera itself: I can no longer turn the mirror towards myself, otherwise it will be impossible to correct the direction of the camera in the center.

Comment: I quickly got used to the monitor, I practically do not notice it, except in the early evening (at this time its light blocks the illumination from the headlights and it is difficult to understand what is in the mirror itself, since it is slightly tinted, the auto-extinction of the screen helps). A normal voice on the radar, not annoying and informative. The radar catches well and in advance, having traveled with it along the daily city route of 50 km, I learned about 2 new cameras and about 5 disabled ones.A dubious decision to mount the mirror with elastic bands, it seems tight, but will it dry in the sun, time will tell ... And I would like the provided solution to completely replace the standard one with MD-161. Video recording at 4k during the day and at 3k at night: license plates can only be made out up close, at night the unlit part becomes opaque as a wall, but excellent viewing angles. Only after 2 days I understood how to climb the radar settings, the instructions do not help much. The radar display is well positioned and can be seen well even in bright weather, but it shows either the distance to the camera, then the speed, and then you get confused; As for me, for additional information, it is better to add one more scoreboard, there is not much time to peer at it while driving. It is easy to update the bases of cameras, the difficulty is the need to remove the mirror, well, or drag the laptop into the car. I described all my impressions of the device. Of course, first of all, attention to the shortcomings, tk. I myself think what to do with them and probably I will correct most of them one way or another or stop noticing, I wanted to give a more objective view of those who choose. Despite all of the above, for the money I think the MD-161 is an excellent choice. I could not find worthy analogs. It catches radars well, the camera is adequate (do you want better? - there is a higher model) - it means that the main functions are performed. I recommend buying.

Advantages: Convenience, functionality. And in addition to this, there is also a built-in anti-radar, and it works well. The quality of daytime shooting is impressive, at night, of course, worse. But what did you want for such an adequate price. In general, I am satisfied, I recommend!

The site contains incorrect information about the mechanism for updating the device, which is ambiguous - I still did not understand everything passed correctly or not. There are no recommendations for laying wires, the length of which is very long in my opinion.
