Advantages: Price-quality ratio. Thick glass cover included. The removable handle can be removed / put on quickly, fastened firmly (the previous commentator, most likely, simply did not understand the mechanism). I had to sweat only the first time - we looked for reviews on the Internet. Good rib height and width. There is an additional grip. Suitable for all types of slabs.
Disadvantages: Compared to aluminum "crafts" - weight. It is impossible to hold with one hand, unless you are the Hulk, of course. In principle, a dubious minus. The second dubious minus is the difficulty of washing. The pan gets very hot, so it is not possible to wash it right away. But this does not mean that it is not washed at all. Wait 10-15 minutes until it cools down, pour hot water for another 10 minutes - it is washed off in one "soaping". The third dubious minus is the difficulty of leaving. The first time the pan (like any other cast iron pan) must be ignited with salt, washed, thoroughly dried / wiped and greased with oil. Oil will have to be lubricated after each wash and generously enough, otherwise (like any other cast iron pan) it will rust. After six months of use, a small spot of rust appeared on the bottom in the place where the water remained after washing, we lubricate it with oil and it is almost invisible.
Comment: Not for "pampered" housewives. It requires a little "skill" to use. And so, a good solid frying pan for cooking tasty and healthy dishes.

But I can recommend it only to those who know what a cast-iron cookware is, because it has many nuances that modern "lovers of haute cuisine" will be puzzled by. 1) The pan is heavy - it should be so. 2) Before use, it is necessary to bake and create a non-stick coating. 3) Not all dishes should be cooked on it. 4) dry thoroughly after washing. Well, for those who know what cast-iron pans and cauldrons are for - take it boldly, the quality is excellent.
