I dreamed of a WOK frying pan for a long time and after a long search I chose this model. A classic wok adapted for Europe, in my opinion, a great gadget for the money. I easily replaced most of the cooking utensils for me - I fry, carcass, cook in it, the volumes allow. With its direct purpose - frying stir-fry copes with dignity, vegetables and meat are cooked quickly, without losing taste and benefits. Spices unfold in a completely new way at high temperatures. It is very important to use a sized hotplate. Not suitable for induction hobs. It is unusual that it ALL warms up strongly, I often get burned. The lid fits well in only one position. I don't know why - the rim or the pan itself is deformed, it is a factory defect or a lack of transportation. I noticed, unfortunately, too late and could not change it. The handles get very hot. The side ones are wrong, but on the lid - you can't open it without a tack. However, I don't use the cover very often. I also note the ease of care. Washes for one or two! Today, with my new assistant, I cooked wok noodles, rice, stewed potatoes, fried them, cooked delicious scrambled eggs and much more - and all this is amazingly delicious, faster than in other pans. Rondell wok has become indispensable, and our dinners are tastier, healthier and more varied! Advantages:
heats up quickly, does not scratch, it is convenient to put in a closet with such small handles, a good lid in the kit fits tightly.
Disadvantages:
support for induction is declared and the tag says that it does not work with induction, so far there is no way to check it.
Comment:
The handles are heated but not critical, I calmly take a heated pan with my bare hands. 4ka for misunderstandings with induction.
