Having seen my photos, many friends ask - from which photographer did you order the photo session? Fotik himself chooses the desired mode, blurs the background of the photo well. The color rendition is excellent. He loved to take photographs of a person against the background of distant objects - mountains, rivers, etc. - with 25x magnification, moving away from the person by 100 meters. Fotik perfectly focuses on the person and the effect of the background approaching is obtained. An indispensable feature when traveling. Mechanical stabilization. rotating touch display for selfies. The captured photos and videos can be immediately transferred to the phone via the built-in Wi-Fi and immediately sent via WhatsApp)). Excellent flash that won't whiten the photo.And of course the zoom, it's cool .. In general, the camera is made soundly. Simple, non-marking, non-scratch. The battery is small, but it lasts for a long time. I immediately bought a couple more rubles for 700-800 rubles, with them on any trip, even without charging.

Disadvantages: There are several minor drawbacks - for me personally, there are a lot of extra buttons and twists, which are sometimes accidentally pressed, especially when touching the touch screen. From above, a plug for an external additional plug-in flash seemed to be flying out, or for a microphone - I put it on a sealant so as not to interfere). The weight is heavy. Well, and one of the main disadvantages - the fotik constantly loses autofocus when shooting a video, all the time he tries to readjust himself, the picture gets blurry. The glitch is purely software 100%, in manual mode all the rules, I'm sure everything will be cured with the next firmware. BUT! the camera is rare and so far the firmware has not come out .. So it is advisable to shoot video in manual focus mode, then everything is excellent. I wrote about this problem to Canon support, I hope there will be promotions

No need to carry several removable lenses with you, no need to understand complicated settings, no need to tune in to a photo for a long time. And often it takes only a few seconds to take a rare photo - and here the G3X is king. I switched it on and after a couple of seconds everything is ready. Very convenient focal points (as they wrote on one of the photo forums, these 600 mm on such a matrix give a picture no worse than 1200 mm on a 1 / 2.3 "matrix). Of course, a" niche "device is also partly expensive: a wagon for trips, if you are categorically too lazy to drag (without) a DSLR with optics, you need universal focal lengths, compactness and a calm, reliable color (the Samara-Volgograd-Samara cruise worked perfectly) .I reduce the score only for inappropriate 20 megapixels and, as a result, an unpleasant noise in the shadows ( typical, by the way, of the Sony RX100 of all 4 generations with the same matrix): if there were 12 megapixels, I'm sure the picture would be better, and the camera would be close to ideal.

Advantages: Zoom, sensor, fully manual control OPTICAL Zoom 25x + 1 inch sensor - no one has such a solution at the moment

Disadvantages: Heavy, AF illumination is very strong, autofocus in video mode works in a strange way, the optical stabilizer emits a specific sound when the device is off (I suspect that if you drop it - kapets, the design is not shock-resistant - they were smart with a new design ...) And the price, of course, although 900 $ is not a lot for such a model, but the $ exchange rate in the Russian Federation makes this device inaccessible to many….

The battery keeps excellent, 2 days of intensive use. Very comfortable grip, the camera sits confidently in the hand. Video recording is very pleasing at 60fps. Now about the not-so-good thing: the most unpleasant thing ... this auto focus, especially in the dark and at a zoom of 10x, starts to get very dull. the display does not twist like the 70d, it would be so, then both the protection is good, and the viewing angles are comfortable. Bottom line: so far nothing is better, for the travel genre, I used sony rx100m3, there was not enough zoom, I took g3x, now everything suits me)) I will say one thing from the picture, it shoots at the level of the eos 600d kit, but when ISO is higher than 800, noises are visible.

Almost bought it, at the very last moment I decided to watch it live g3x). The price with which the lens is good. There is matrix stabilization, good assembly, 4k video, etc. of the minuses with a lens, it's almost 1kg. Zoom only 10x. (this is enough in 99% of cases). For 90 thousand. This is a good all-round option. 6. Fujifilm X-T30 and X-T3. On paper, everything is very cool. The character of the eristics is very good. The X-T30 disappeared due to the lack of dust and moisture protection (no one was able to clarify this issue). X-T3 weight + lens about 1kg is more likely even more and the price went beyond the budget. 7. Canon eos R. I liked everything on paper. Full frame. The price is a little more than 150 thousand. There are a lot of controversial reviews on the Internet (I think this is even good, because all techno-reviews are advertising of 1 or 2 companies). The price will not be raised like the sony a7III. I didn't buy it just because it fell out of the budget with the lens. This will most likely be the next camera.

Advantages: Good quality of shooting (well, typical for cameras with an inch matrix). Universal focal length. Relatively light weight.

Disadvantages: I also used the canon g9x mark2, it is much faster than this camera, the newer processor affects. In the dark, focusing at the large zoom is rather slow. And the main thing. Recently the 2 year warranty ran out and the zoom lever broke. I actually used the fotik only on vacation, that is, at most 3 months of active use. So-so result for such an expensive device.
