Sometimes I dream about i5-2xxx, but at the moment it is already superfluous. Before choosing a processor for yourself, carefully study sensible tests (ixbt, fcenter, overclockers, etc.) and do not get fooled by gigahertz, cache size and number of cores. These parameters do not cost anything apart from performance in real tasks, for which you should choose a stone for yourself. Anyone who intends to change platforms and are looking towards AMD, I advise you to think hard - before taking a lot of cheap, but not very fast cores, which also have no prospects. I myself first looked there, but thought better of it in time.

But even at the nominal frequencies, the performance of this processor will be quite enough for the average user.

The maximum core temperature with the Hyper 212+ cooler is 52 degrees, idle 29-31 degrees. I didn’t regret 230 rubles for ARCTIC MX-4, but along the way a simple Alsil-5 would have done no worse: ((pentium E6300 @ 3351 I did not warm up more than 52 degrees under Alsil and the same cooler) I could not check the capabilities of the video chip, as there is a discrete video card and there are no video connectors on the motherboard.In general, the processor left a very positive impression) We managed to overclock the percentages to 3547 MHz by raising the system bus frequency to 107 MHz. Everything is stable so far.

Comment: At idle, the load is 1-3%, with the load (Deadpool, Call of Juarez) 8-10%, despite the 2 cores, BF3, Crysis 3, GRID 2 can easily pull without lags. I have been using it for a little over a year, everything is fine, no problems, no breakdowns happened.
