Cold (which means that no noisy cooler is needed and does not create stuffiness in small rooms), there are few cores, but each one individually is fast enough, if you do not need the simultaneous operation of many (instances of) programs, it is very smart. Well, the price is very affordable.

Disadvantages: the price is high, especially considering that 8th generation processors with already 4 cores are very much in the back.

I have been a fan of computer technology for over 10 years, and I can say with confidence that it is the i-series that is the longest-playing in terms of operation. And, for some reason, it is the i3 instances that are the most tenacious and least buggy (relative to the time of their operation). Therefore, anything with similar characteristics but cheaper was not considered. As for "why not AMD", my answer is simple: it is not tenacious. On average, a technician lives with it for 3 years, and I would like to give this computer to my younger or older relatives later. Then it starts: heating, subsidence, glitches. Then he is worn with him, as with a written sack. If now this company is making a breakthrough, then maybe I will buy their percent, if the equipment will work with it in the long term. If someone talks about nuclei, I will remind you that they are not always an indicator. There are 2 cores, 4 threads with a frequency of 3.8-4.2. Everything goes on, everything stretches, nothing is heated. If you want to play top-end games with top-end settings, this is not the place for you. Think of the cyberpunk stand from CD Project. This is it for your ults. This is my answer. If your dad is not an oligarch, your salary is less than 100k, or you are just a beginner e-sportsman, and you are assembling a computer for more than 1 year, then consider it as a processor.
