Valery Alexandrovich Lyubimov
Advantages: Low vibration during operation, no shock at idle, comfortable grips. Robust, 4 meter thick power cord. Lightweight compared to competitors at only 2.9kg. The depth gauge bar is made of metal, not plastic. Case complete, with two compartments for drills and chisels.
Disadvantages: Made in China. The power cord is harsh. When you crawl on the floor, it is twisted in loops. One loop always twists at the handle and climbs under the arm. To move the depth gauge bar, you need to unscrew the handle, the button would be much more convenient. Complete case made of plastic with a strong phenolic smell.
Comment: I took it for repairs, so in a little over a month I used it both in the tail and in the mane. Perf is good for everyone. I cannot yet assess the reliability, I have drilled only a few hundred holes for dowels, several through holes in the bearing walls and a dozen holes with a crown. Vibration is low, it's not for nothing that Makita's engineers are proud, the noise from the impact mechanism is also lower than that of Chinese competitors. The rubber on the grips prevents even sweaty hands from slipping. But ... Attaching a case to a good puncher, which, when opened, begins to offend the sense of smell with a strong, pungent phenonic smell, is a miscalculation. The smell disappeared, but the sediment remained in the shower. A suitcase with a puncher is not packed in a box, when traveling through warehouses, it wipes slightly. A trifle, but unpleasant. I didn't understand in which niche the puncher was positioned. For a dowel, it is heavy and the power is excessive. Doweller 500W for the eyes. For heavy work (with a chisel, a bit), the power is not enough, he would have an 850 watt and an impact force of 3-3.2J. If you just drill holes for the dowels, it works just fine. Very fast, low vibration, quieter impact noise. For a 68mm crown, it is rather weak, heats up. If you continue to work, it starts to press the lubricant from the cartridge, as well as the Makita 2450. I drilled a 32mm through hole in the supporting wall of 400mm for them, with smoke breaks for cooling, because the perforator was heated like an iron. But he drilled. Despite the dense gum in the chuck, after a few dozen holes, the grease begins to squeeze out onto the working part of the drill, even if you smear everything from the match head onto the shank. Liquid grease or something, although proprietary. Concrete dust adheres perfectly to the rubber inserts in the case, smears on them and the perforator looks like it had been rolled in the mud for a long time. Does not affect the characteristics. This puncher was worth its money in the first half of 2014. Now, of course, it’s gone.

Advantages: Fits comfortably in the hand, good performance, light weight.
Disadvantages: Worked before 2450 purchased in 2006, in 2010 the drum broke. Well, as they say, it worked, although according to the documentation, the service life is 7 years. Now about 2470. Used in more benign conditions, it worked for only two years. The reverse switch contact broke, after which the master eliminated the problem by soldering it)) It did not bother to give the service to the service. In principle, the toolkit is nothing, but for long-term slotting, a bump stop is still preferable!
Comment: Drilling tool in concrete !!! Well, for hammering on the little things! ))

Advantages: Good grip (rubberized handles). Convenient electronic start button, reverse (which is important). Long thick wire. Power for home and professional use is quite enough. I chose between bosh hitachi and makita. chose the latter - a good price / quality ratio. Well made storage case. Plenty of storage space for drills.
Disadvantages: during the operation did not cheat
Comment: The main thing is to take from dealers, so that later there will be no problems with repair and quality (I have a factory in China). I read many reviews on the net before buying. I talked with carpenters, electricians, in general, with those who use it. Someone uses KRESS (expensive), but with all the choice people advise Makita (Bosch is expensive to pay for the brand) - I think Makita has a golden mean from all the choices. kadzhly your opinion

Advantages: Light. When I took it for repair. , the master said that spare parts for it are only original, and twice cheaper than Bosch spare parts.
Disadvantages: Weak for a crown.
Comment: Bought in October 2010, broke down in November 2012. For repairs took 1500 rubles. I work as an electrician (not very active). Do not load the hammer drill until the ratchet (protection) engages. This will shorten the life of the hammer drill.

Advantages: Good hammer drill. In reality, I did not have to compare its performance in concrete with Bosch, Hitachi or someone else, but it suits me perfectly. Vibration during operation is practically not felt. For which thanks to the additional handle with damping and the design itself. The machine lies comfortably in the hand / hands and due to the "gradual pressing" button it can even sometimes be used as a screwdriver (but better on large diameters and not permanently). Well there is a reverse. The drill / hammer drill / hammer switch is convenient and can be changed without removing gloves. Long thick wire does not twist during operation. Great big case with convenient locks. In addition to a perforator, fit into it: an adapter with a chuck up to 13mm, drills from Ø4 to Ø16, a set of drills for metal from Ø2 to Ø13 in a box, a set of screwdrivers with bits, a tape measure, and screws with dowels in several pieces.
Disadvantages: Not cheap, but you always pay for quality with hard cash.
Comment: I believe that a EURO adapter for our 220V included would not be superfluous.

Advantages: Gently drills concrete, no strong vibration (I used original 6-8 drills for drilling in the ceiling + lubricant for the shank) It lies well in the hands, it is pleasant to work The cable is quite long (more than 3 meters, even closer to 4m) Small weight of the unit In the case there is a place for drills, grease, a rag and another crown for the socket will fit.The case looks pretty neat, closes well
Disadvantages: Maybe for someone it will be a disadvantage that there are no drills in the kit, but in my opinion it is better to buy the necessary ones than to pay for something that you will not use later. The cable is not very flexible, loops sometimes get in the way, but this is a trifle
Comment: I bought it for apartment renovation, read reviews for a long time, I got the impression that negative reviews are written by those who bought a fake (assembly Poland is clearly underground China, no quality) or those who are trying to demolish walls / ceilings with them. Look on the Internet for information on how to distinguish the original, there are many videos, use the tool wisely and with due care, use it as directed (and do not rape in the wild, using superhuman efforts), watch out for changing the lubricant at least in the same cartridge and tool will last a long time. Who needs a drill for drilling - it is better to take it additionally, and this is apparently a light puncher for holes in the ceiling and walls. People manage to make them seats for 100mm junction boxes working every day, and someone breaks it in a week ...

Advantages: Well done. Works flawlessly. Convenient for carrying and storage case in which all the burs and the cam head of the adapter fit. Long, thick, but soft wire.
Disadvantages: No.
Comment: I took it about 5 years ago. I did not use it very much - I hammered holes in the apartment, holes outside the house for the supports of the kondeev. I hammered a lot under the logs for the new floor of the house, as well as for the logs of the balcony when it was insulated. At the dacha at a construction site - I used it and now I use it to mix solutions for laying gas silicate (the complete handle and the rotation mode without impact help a lot in this) - I would mix it on almost the whole house - I would get bored with a shovel. I stir half a bag (12.5 kg) per call - an hour of laying is enough.

Advantages: Comfortable, not heated, rubberized handle. A quality tool.
Disadvantages: Equipment. Or rather, it simply does not exist. Rotary hammer and warranty card. Everything .. Sometimes there is not enough replaceable chuck for a drill like a Bosch. For that kind of money, they could have put at least something else in the suitcase.
Comment: Impressions only positive, copes with everything for the repair - drilling, chiselling, mixer, slitting. He really does everything. My backlash does not have a cartridge, as they say here. It doesn't get very hot, and I noticed that the heated perf cools down if you turn it on at idle. This speaks of a good cooling system. A good thing, I recommend it. I bet 4 only because of the configuration and price.

Advantages: Nice professional tool. Steadfastly endures all the bullying associated with construction and repair work. Plows like a galley slave, he is a perf, he is a mixer, he is a little chipper (not often)
Disadvantages: I didn't find it ... although at the expense of the backlash of the cartridge - there is such a thing, but in general it is a tool for rather rough work: fill holes in concrete or gouge a sewer under 110 in a brick, and drill small holes with them where accuracy is important, IMHO, perversion for this drill is.
Comment: Used daily. A solid, relatively inexpensive machine. Consumables and spare parts are hosted in the office services Hosh in bazaars, even though the original, even though China. Compared with devolt: the impact force may be less, but due to the speed, in the end it wins in performance, again service. In general, I advise you not to take a tool of not very popular brands, any professional tool breaks sooner or later, and here it is important how quickly it can be reanimated, consumables replaced, are there spare parts available? Makit has no problems with this (as well as Bosch).

Advantages: In a panel house, it enters the walls like oil. If the limiter is not installed, the 6x100 drill is completely recessed in a few seconds. Convenient case. Fits comfortably in the hands. Long cord. Excellent response to trigger pulls (smoothly, without any jumps)
Disadvantages: Without preliminary marking (nakernivaniya), the hole is slightly diverted to the side at the slightest misalignment of the drill, but this is a matter of habit.
Comment: Was purchased for a promotion, fully certified. The oil seals are not leaking. Before that I beat holes with a Makita HP1620 drill - Day and night. For home - just what you need.
