In order for Android to see the NTFS partition, it is necessary to install separate software (for example, Paragon), which does not suit me very much, so I cut off another partition from the Windows partition and formatted it in exFat, which Android is able to mount without unnecessary applications. In general, I disabled the built-in encryption. The NTFS partition with Windows was encrypted with a Bitlocker, the exFat partition was left unencrypted so that you could use it when connecting with a smartphone.
