Advantages:

In principle, this is my first irrigator, on the whole I am satisfied with everything. I am writing a review after a year of work, while everything is normal. Not particularly noisy, after reading the reviews, I expected much more noisy work, but it makes noise, of course, but not in principle, and does not jump, by the way. It works much louder only when it is turned on, BUT the water supply is blocked by a switch to the nozzle holders, then yes - it rumbles a lot, but I try not to use this button at all, because driving a pump with a blocked hose will not bring you any good. As for the power, I do not know, of course, who has what preferences, but I use 3 of 4 (4th maximum) modes, for me this is quite enough, sometimes it is possible to damage the gum (which happened, although the gums themselves themselves healthy and do not bleed)

Advantages:
Bought this model a few weeks ago. Now I use it perfectly. Cleans well. Four levels of pressure, but two are enough for me, I did not even reach the third level, so I do not understand those who write that the stream is weak. Maybe they never turned the pressure knob?))) Several replaceable nozzles are a very convenient thing - you buy it and immediately use it for the whole family.
Disadvantages:
It makes a little noise during operation, but, firstly, the noise is tolerable, and it is very far from the noise from the hammer drill. Secondly, you don't use it 24 hours a day to get so tired of this slight noise. Well, he made a noise in the morning and before going to bed for 5 minutes - this noise does not wake anyone up and does not annoy anyone.

My first irrigator, happy with the purchase. The result after several applications was obvious to me. Periodontitis began, but after several applications everything went on the mend, even the gums do not bleed. I use it every day. A bit noisy, of course, I just didn't expect it to work like that, but it's not so critical.

1. The pulsation of the jet - I understand that it is just the meaning, but personally I would be more comfortable if it was constant. Apparently, it was worth paying attention to this in more detail. 2. Slightly more authentic hose to the nozzle - I had to hang the device close to the sink, so as not to pull the hose to the limit.

In general, a very adequate combination of price / quality, but do not expect the power of dental tools from such devices - medical doctors have powerful compressors, which, by the way, in the inept hands of professionals, can also harm, so that at home such a device will be just right.

The nozzle gives a jet at an angle of about 45 degrees - not the most convenient solution. Water runs out pretty quickly. The jet could be thinner.

I used a model where the jet beats at a right angle - the option is much more convenient, because In this case, you hold the machine like a toothbrush, i.e. familiar, intuitive grip. And the water from the mouth drains in this case so that the face, and even more so, the machine remains dry. Here, the water flows down exactly on a typewriter ... Half a liter (tank capacity) is not enough for full treatment of the oral cavity (tank capacity), if you want to - you will have to top up in any case) By the way, the aforementioned irrigator from another manufacturer uses water more economically at the same cost. I suspect that due to several points: 1) the grip is more comfortable, which means you pour less) 2) the jet is thinner 3) the microbubble jet supply system (water in the jet mixed with air bubbles, hence the consumption is 1.5-2 times lower)
