My previous model, according to my personal feelings, was more powerful - that is, the jet was somehow stronger ... There are three modes of "sprinkling" in this, I use the maximum and several times for each interdental space. In the old model, one powerful injection was enough for me. At the same time, the old model caused me to bleed, but with this one I don't have it at all. The weaker jet may be more gentle on the gums. In general, I don't even know if this is a drawback? ... But to be honest, I liked the old attachments without rubber bands more - it was more accurate to get between the teeth, but you can't put old attachments on the new model - this is definitely a drawback.

This is my second Philips irrigator. I really liked my previous model HX8211 and worked for about 3 years (and I used it every day, sometimes even twice a day), then I just stopped charging ... I wanted to buy the same one for a replacement, but the manufacturer took that model out of the range and now sells this one. But I was strained by the reviews about its durability. So I called the Philips call center and found out that the first batch of this model really had a defect with the engine, but now there is already a corrected batch on the market, and there should be no problems. While I have been using it for three months, everything works as expected. I hope it won't let you down even further. :)

I purchased this flosser, since now it is fashionable for everyone to have irrigators at home, but the main condition was that it was not huge. My choice fell on the model 8331. One should not expect beyond anything, nevertheless, in my opinion, this is not an irrigator, since it does not have a constant continuous supply of water. He gives a charge and "puffs". I do not advise using it at maximum power for those with weak gums.For when the rinse aid / water is supplied in 3 modes, the pneumatic output is colossal. I advise you to better fill it with water than with rinses, as they begin to foam with pshchik.

In general, this is not the first model of a Philips irrigator with which I deal. Unfortunately, I forgot the previous model on vacation. sighed, of course, but without a twinge of conscience on the same day went to get this irrigator. since it (as a device) has become a part of my life and I use it every day. I advise you too. cleans neatly and quickly. If you use a mouthwash instead of water, it is also pleasantly refreshing.

I liked it immediately. I use it with a rinse liquid - much more pleasant than with ordinary water. Immediately put on a triple impulse and it is enough for cleaning almost always. Very rarely you have to repeat cleaning in one place, but this is more likely due to the crooked hands :) With the correct position of the nozzle relative to the area to be cleaned, there are usually no problems. If the first impulse has not cleared out, the next two will definitely cope. Satisfied, Technique is striding forward by leaps and bounds.

they say, bleeding of the gums may appear at the beginning, but I had it exactly 2 first times, and then more because of my curvature. then the gums got used, strengthened, now there are no problems. I knew from the very beginning that this is normal, the teeth should get used to such care, so I did not worry and I would not call it a disadvantage, this is completely normal. if I knew earlier that the health of the teeth is so strong from the condition of the gums + the cleaning of the interdental spaces, and that the brush itself simply cannot do all this alone, several fillings could have been avoided

I usually put 1 and just press the button again myself if I understand what is needed.

Before that, I had not used irrigators and it turned out that in vain - I never thought that so much food can sometimes fit between my teeth. It doesn't get rid of dental floss, nor does it get rid of wood. All three should be used.

And AirFloss - yes :) It cleans very well and quite delicately, there were no problems with the gums, although they are sensitive. I liked that the "tip" of the attachment is not plastic (but soft), which also affects the comfort of use. I use the device with a Philips toothbrush and really see the result!
