Perfectly cleans between teeth (replacing dental floss), massages gums very well, perfectly cleans plaque from food. The water pressure is adjustable and can be very strong if required. There are four cleaning tips for two family members, a tongue tip and a deep under-gum tip. This device does not replace a toothbrush, but goes as an addition to it for better plaque removal, gum massage and better cleaning of the spaces between teeth. We use it twice a week, adding a little bit of oral balm, it is much more pleasant with it.

An exceptionally simple irrigator. The water supply is good, thanks to the volume of the tank and the set of nozzles, it is ideal for two people. An adequate dentist will best of all tell about the benefits of the device itself, a thing really very necessary for a decent level of oral hygiene.
Disadvantages:
The handle is demanding on the quality of water - with daily use it lasts an average of a year and a half, even if you fill in filtered water.

Overall a pleasant device. Disassembled many times, the design is extremely simple. However, there are two weak links: 1. The handle with a rigid hose for supplying water, which becomes clogged with intensive use. It makes no sense to disassemble and try to clean it. the part itself is "disposable" .2. Despite the high-quality plastic of the case, which stoically endured about 10 disassembly, the internal parts are made worse. For the last time, the plastic outflow of the cylinder, on which the handle tube is put on, broke off. I want to note that I just crumbled in my hands, without any pressure. Sealed with superglue with soda. I'm afraid the entire irrigator will have to be replaced by the next handle change.

who doubts whether it is necessary to buy at all I will say this: if you have crowns, bridges or braces - you need! I did not notice a special effect from it on healthy teeth, but where the crowns became more comfortable (and there is no smell from them, those who have crowns will understand me). The tongue attachment is more of a toy, a good tongue scraper cleans better. And it is quite difficult to rearrange the nozzles all the time (I think they will quickly break if you constantly change them). Therefore, now I would probably take an irrigator without a tongue attachment, it is better to take where several ordinary nozzles.
