Advantages:

High overclocking potential. I overclocked my 8300 to 4.0 GHz without raising the voltage. Everything works stably. Lags and microfreezes disappeared in games. You can drive further, but you have to raise the tension. Put a good cooler on the CPU and possibly put fans on the bridges and power circuit. 4. USB 3.0 5. Good sound. 6. Good driver compatibility. Disadvantages:

I put this mother instead of the buggy MSI on the 760 chipset. All freezes and glitches are gone. Memory without dancing earned on the regular 1866 MHz. Percent 8350 overclocked to 4.7 GHz at 1.5v on the core and is stable. Very happy with the purchase. Best solution for mATX format!

The price is the same, but the new ones can not be delivered. Only if you are offered a used cheap one, you can take it. But not more. Of the minuses, the chipset is heated. Very much. HIGHLY. When the system is idle, at least 70 degrees. That is, a minute after switching on, do not even touch the chipset. But this is not for everyone, as I understand it. Someone is lucky and does not get warm ... Well, what can I say, the budget segment, so to speak. I decided very simply to put on a 60mm low-profile valve and the temperature dropped to 30 degrees at once. If you have the same problem, then take only low-profile coolers. The usual ones will not be included, since there is little space between the video and the process. I also tried to cool it with a 40mm cooler. Also, the temperature is not higher than 30. Nothing else heats up. But if you plan to overclock, then be prepared to put the valves on the radiators of the power supply circuit, plus also on the south bridge. Since I feel that it will be the same stove.
