I don't know much about computer hardware, just how the b450 chipset came out decided that it was better to build on a new one, especially since there is an interesting storeMI technology and there is no need to update the BIOS. I did not try to overclock it because my hands are not from that place, so if someone throws off information on overclocking on this particular mother, I will be grateful. The operative was taken under it by inexpensive green dice krusial. There is a problem when you turn on the computer, tuf gaming is on on the monitor, and Windows does not start. If you press restart only then it starts loading. The fast boot is included in the BIOS, so I don't know what the problem is. Also, keep in mind that even on a turned off computer, the motherboard glows by default, but this can be disabled in the BIOS.

Advantages:
Relatively low price for Asus. 6 SATA connectors (I have a lot of drives). Trust in the brand. Convenient BIOS. Textolite, strong in appearance and bending.
Disadvantages:
The first, oddly enough, is small and blurry symbols in the area of the connector to which the buttons and LEDs of the front panel are connected. I had to take the "manual" and check it. Small and spring-loaded heat sinks on the processor power subsystem.
Comment:
I took it for assembly with Ryzen 5 1600X. I was a bit in a hurry, because literally 2 weeks after purchasing this motherboard, prices for ASUS TUF B450M-PRO GAMING dropped significantly, which has a much more durable processor feed. And the sound of the PRO is decent. The processor easily overclocked to 3900 MHz with a voltage offset of minus 0.1 V. With a small positive offset, it normally kept 4000 MHz, but the voltage already reached 1.45 V. So far, I left 3900 MHz. A pyrometer will come from the "alik" - I will look at the temperatures on the "feed" and draw a conclusion about the advisability of such overclocking. On the board itself, there are no temperature sensors in this zone. Just in case, I slightly lowered the fans of the cooler so that the "feed" was blown a little. Well, I dismantled the "decorative" plastic cover, which, as it seems to me, only worsens this airflow. The cheapest memory (32 GB, 2 dies Cruсial 16 Gb 2400 MHz CL17) overclocked to 3000 MHz with timings 19-19-19-41 and voltage 1.32 V. I put 18 timings and 1.35 V, but stress the tests failed. The computer was assembled for editing and rendering video using NVENC encoding of a GTX 1060 video card.The performance increase compared to the old system based on the FX-8300 and GTX 760 was 2.5 times. A very good mother, with the possibility of an upgrade in the future, almost all components fit, namely 5 1600 and 2x8 with a frequency of 2400. I did not try to overclock due to lack of experience. For my first major upgrade from core 2 to socket 775, the difference is huge. So as not to suffer with delivery, I took in Svyaznoy 59563817 (the best option in a small town)

When installed in a 10-year-old system unit, I came across the fact that the installation instructions do not contain a detailed pinout of the contacts on the board connectors. The instruction is very poor. And in the old blocks, the front USB output and indicators were in the form of separate connectors. These connectors can be easily confused and reversed. It is good that there was a working computer with Linux at hand at the time of assembling the computer, and I also helped out instructions from the old Abit motherboard, in which everything was described in detail and with photographs. Without this, it would be difficult to assemble correctly. So when upgrading to old system systems, you need to take care of additional documentation in advance. The second jamb - for a very long time I could not connect a webcam from Logitech. It just wasn't detected by the USB controller. As a result, it turned out that one of the advanced USB settings in the BIOS was enabled by default, something like the S5 mode, which did not make it possible to determine the camera. At the same time, the flash drives worked fine and installed Windows from them.
Comment:
When installing an AMD cooler from a boxed version of the processor without connecting the backlight cable, a red diode strip along the entire radius and the AMD inscription will still burn on the cooler. Therefore, it is better to install the cable and only then programmatically control the backlight by installing special software or turn off the backlight in the BIOS, if not needed.
