I wanted to walk Alsil-5 around the perimeters of the fastening of the plates, but I could not find a store in which this glue would not be dried. I found out that the fan speed has practically no effect on the processor temperature (2-3 degrees difference). the cooler positions itself as passive cooling (the case is large and well ventilated, below 140 for blowing, above 200 for blowing out), I decided to try to remove the fan from the radiator, hung it on the back wall of the case (I used to have a fan on the back wall, but from - for this cooler it had to be removed, 2 fans simply did not fit), and the 4pin connector was pushed from the cpu fan to fan1. 5 minutes loaded the percent to the maximum, the result is 60 degrees, after stopping the load, it drops to 40 in 10 seconds. Now I left it in passive mode, it showed itself perfectly in this role, for this processor in a ventilated case.

Installation and reinstallation does not cause problems, done for centuries. + The cooler clings to the tower quickly and without problems (usually you have to suffer with these brackets), probably they picked up a good metal. + The carlson itself attached to the tower is wonderful: large, powerful, quiet, the body is rubberized to the touch (and not as usual: hard plastic with scanty rubber pads) + Good dimensions (at least for Zalman Z9 +): can be installed in any way and with this, on the one hand, there is enough space for the video card, and on the other, the second edge next to the blowing fan, there is no chance for hot air to remain in the case (for fidelity, you can attach an elastic adapter with one end to the tower, and the other to the blowing fan, but, I think this will be superfluous) + If the radiators of the OP are not very high, then the cooler will not cling to them. The fact is that the screws are on the plate and have the ability to free play. Therefore, before applying the tower to the plastered processor, you should first try on only one plate on the fastening structure - select the required "spread" of the screws. - The fastening structure of the cooler prevents the processor from being installed in the Soket 1155 (I don’t know how with others). Therefore, first spread the percentage with thermal paste, then install it into the socket and only then assemble the cooler mount. However, with the "classic" installation of the cooler (with a carlson to the front panel) the fastening, although it hinders a little, but allows you to install the processor without (fastening) it disassembling. Here, with the newfangled one - the carlson down - there are no options, the socket is blocked tightly. - Can block a fast-positioned propeller on the side wall. This happened for me, but I did not lose heart, I pushed the carlson onto the front panel. - Cold. I changed the cooling and immediately became terribly freezing.

Comment: A wonderful cooler with minor flaws (which are completely forgotten at a glance at its price), I recommend it. But it is worth considering that it is tall (170mm!), Bulky and heavy.

The model is new, perhaps there is some catch, be careful. 2) Scythe Kotetsu (SCKTT-1000). At first I wanted to take it, but it was more expensive then, and I took Lucifer V2 for only 2277 rubles, so the economic issue won out. But I highly recommend Scythe Kotetsu. Now it is cheaper, I would not hesitate to take it. 3) Prolimatech Genesis is the equal of Noctua NH-D15, but it is sold without turntables (although brackets are included), that is, there is a problem, and even a relatively expensive dog. But, I say again, Prolimatech Genesis will pull overclocking. Perhaps it is even cooler than the Noctua NH-D15. 4) Deepcool GAMMAXX 400 is the most economical option for relatively hot processors. There can be no talk of any overclocking, but this cooler will keep temperatures within normal limits even under moderate loads.

Disadvantages: - the biggest drawback, rather just my mistake - the installation took place in the case itself, it was cramped and at that moment I understood why everyone writes about a long screwdriver, it's good that this turned out to be at home - it's worth taking into account its height, everything fit like clockwork, but the side cover does not close so easily, you need a little effort, I'm afraid that this way you can loosen the tower itself and rip everything out by the roots, it sticks out ~ 5mm because of the fan itself - the price

Comment: installed on the FX8350 (MSI 970 gaming motherboard) there was originally a boxed cooler, with it the case warmed up decently, the cat appreciated it - warmed up there) after the replacement the temperature dropped significantly, I don't remember the stress test readings, but even it feels like the case is now just warm (CPU load 100% 3DMax renders)

Comment: I took AMD fx 8320 for cooling. In aida64 it shows 35 degrees at maximum load, under that condition the computer worked for half a day. At idle, 25-27 degrees. Percent in stock without overclocking (3.5-4 GHz) P.s: After 2 months, the processor temperature began to rise. In the beginning there was a maximum temperature in the load of 29, after a month it rose to 33 and after a while to 59 (at 100% load) .... The fault is all the thermal paste that comes with the kit !!! Buy another one better than this one apply this one .....!

Comment: Installed on the FX9590 ... the temperature in office operation is 38-41 degrees, in games 50-55, at full load it reached 66 degrees higher, no matter how hard I tried! I think this is the norm for this processor! Installation of a second fan is not required, but it is advisable to stand opposite in the case for blowing!
