Advantages:
Quiet, minimum RPM <900. On my system with Core I5, it did not spin higher than 1100 in stress tests. At the same time, it was not audible either.
Disadvantages:
In my case, it was not easy to put on the motherboard: I had to press on the latches with all my urine, and the board bent. Other coolers are easier to install and after installation the board is not bent.
Comment:
They say flimsy latches. I haven't felt it yet, but outwardly they are really smaller than on other coolers. While the static force on my mat. the board is much stronger (on other MWs it may not be such a problem), it may well be that when the plastic dries, the cooler will fall off. But, at the time of purchase, I did not find a better option in terms of price / quality ratio for myself.

It was taken to cool the i3-2100, the idle temperature was about 40 degrees, in the stress test it averaged 55 degrees, to a maximum of 60. Room temperature was 25 degrees.
