The computer is actually turned on 24/7, the temperature even with one cooler does not rise above 70 under load, the second cooler is in reserve :) During the first installation, there was a nuisance, I was foolishly tightening the radiator fasteners and tore off one of the 4 bolts, it just broke off at the base on the frame that covers the percent. Although there may have been a marriage. In general, I turned to the service center in the store where I was buying (one of the largest retail chains in Russia). He brought it, showed it, told, there naturally began to powder the brains and dilute the bureaucracy, they said that they would write a request to the manufacturer, they said to wait a week for an answer. At the same time, on the same day, I directly contacted Nokta's support, in clumsy English I honestly described the situation as I could, they say, I don’t know if the fool himself, or marriage, sent them pictures, tearfully asked them to send them a broken frame for a replacement. Already in the evening, on the same day (!) I was answered from the support like "don't worry, we will send you a new set of fasteners absolutely free of charge, just give us your address." A week and a half later, the package from Austria was already in Voronezh. This is a service! And of course, they did not answer me from the store, they just stick their heads in the sand like ostriches and do not want to work at all.

Advantages: It can actually freeze the processor))) Cools 4690k in overclocking (of course, for such a processor, it is a little redundant), but took it as they say "outgrowth."

Disadvantages: Probably just the price, although the 6 year warranty is worth it

Comment: All sellers on their websites say that it is suitable for socket 1356, but the kit does not have fasteners for this socket, and the Noctua website also does not say anything about this socket. Even here they appear in the name 1356/1366. A jamb of sellers, or whose? I had to leave the fasteners from the previous cooler, since there was a thermal tack and not a box one. But it also failed after overclocking the i7 960 to 4.2GHz. In idle time, it was poorly kept, and in the stress test, Aida went into throttling for 2-3 minutes.Nokyua, on the other hand, bought a thermal grizzly with the paste and now I do not observe more than 73-75 in cores even at a low speed of coolers in a half-hour stress test. Great cooler.

Advantages: An excellent supercooler of a tower type. Bought for 5960X, no load at 22-25 ° С with one fan from the kit. Under load 46 ° C. With weak acceleration to 4 GHz 55-60 ° C. In general, a chic cooler with an excellent package bundle, which allows you to install AMD sockets on 2011 (2011-3), 115x, using excellent (judging by the tests) thermal paste from the kit. In general, everything is fine, quiet and "rich" in terms of equipment, exactly 5 points, if not for one thing:

Disadvantages: Namely, the size, which according to the idea should play only a positive role, confidently removing heat, did a "disservice". When choosing this cooler, be careful when installing it on some motherboards, because due to its size, this supercooler can overlap the first PCIe slot or (like mine on Rampage V) interfere with installing a video card in the first slot due to the edges of the radiator fins, close resting them against the video card board. I solved the problem by using another slot, and inserted a small PCIe device into the first one.

Comment: I recommend the choice to those who do not want to mess with the CBO, since in terms of the level of heat dissipation, the Noctua NH-D15 is not inferior to a decent dropsy.

Advantages: 1) Unrealistically silent fans (not quiet, namely silent) 2) It copes very well with cooling 4790k at runoff frequencies (that is, there is a solid margin for overclocking in the future) 3) Rich bundle and good packaging 4) Quality justifies every ruble (took for 5500r)

Disadvantages: What I will describe in the Disadvantages column is more of a feature, not disadvantages 1) There is a gap up to the first PCI slot on the MSI Z97 Gaming 5 card, but it is small, about 1 cm, i.e. already press the latch of the video card from above to remove it - it is impossible 2) In fact, the tower itself is supported by two screws 3) Again, on my mother - the rightmost fan actually lies on its side on the memory bar (I have it of standard height, but with a radiator - Fury), i.e. if you have a ram with high heatsinks - the 2nd fan will stick out, but despite this - if you remove it - that is, full access to the memory without having to remove the heatsink itself

Comment: Recently I installed a D15 on i7-4790k, to tell the truth I ran into Noctua for the first time, but fell in love and the price justifies their quality (I replaced all the turntables in the case - there are 6 of them, they work silently at 500-600rpm). And so D15 is quite easy to install, everything is simple and clear. The 4790k copes with cooling with a bang, in the BIOS settings I set a profile so that the turntables work up to 45C at 300rpm, and only after that they gradually spin up, i.e. count the passive - you can't hear it at all, in simple percent at runoff frequencies it stays around 28-30C, after 2 hours of playing GTA5 - it was possible to warm up the percentages to 45-50 degrees, which I consider a very good result (the old 3570k with another fan is not stock heated up to 60-65). For a silent system - definitely a Must Have

Comment: Cools the i7 4790 processor in a closed Coolermaster Centurion II case, in which 3 additional ventilation valves are installed (2 for blowing, 1 for blowing). In idle at 400 RPM 25-28 degrees (room temperature 24 degrees), when working with applications 30-32, in games (Wow, Dota 2, BF4) the speed reaches 800 RPM, and the temperature is in the range from 40 to 50 degrees (depending on the game and the number of background applications). On a gygabyte h97-d3h motherboard, it overlaps the nearest pci-x1 slot.There is a decent distance between the first pci-x16 slot and the cooler, there were no problems with the RAM (the height is adjusted depending on the placement of the second vent and rests only on the width of the case).

Advantages: -Quiet -Mounting each fan on springs (which I would like to attribute to the disadvantages) allows you to mount the fans not on the same axis. So even if the memory sticks stick out, the individual springs of the side cooler allow you to hang it at least by displacing it by an additional 6 cm from the central axis. Those. "compatible" with any memory sticks

Disadvantages: - Locking mounting - Fingerprints from plates additionally washable

Comment: Installed with the optional NM-AM4 mounting kit on the MSI X370 GAMING PRO CARBON board. The mounting kit allows you to turn the entire structure vertically; but this will be relevant only if you do not plan to use the nearest PCI-E slot :))) From the indicated model of the board, even with the unit installed, it is quite possible to pull out the two far strips (Corsair Vengeance LPX). If you remove the side fan from the springs, you can easily pull out any memory module. Photo-proof, however with vertical mounting. In the case, the Aerocool XPredator even looks tiny =) At the first start, I thrust my head into the case in surprise: the blades are spinning, but there is no sound O_o

Comment: as always, noctua is on top. 32-35 ° C at idle (amd fx-9370), at load - 38-55 ° C, not higher, depending on the task (despite the fact that there was a slight overclocking of + 350 MHz, Cool'n'Quiet was disabled). absolutely worth the money even by today's times. of course, too big (you need a wider body). but the equipment from the Austrians with a bang - for all the chipsets of the mount, a screwdriver, thermal paste. everything is neatly arranged in boxes. the level of the manufacturer is felt. noctua are the best airs. and no dropsies are needed. I advise everyone

Comment: He sits and looks indifferently at my 8320 in overclocking to 4.5. He's probably saying: - I need more load. I bought it and I get high, as I can't hear that it's turned off and I can't hear how it's turned on. In games, it does not make noise and does not bother. At 100% load, you are more likely to hear your mouse than this monster (in a good sense of the word)

Comment: The old i5 2500k clocked up to 4500 higher until it became higher, in the stress tests the temperature was 59 degrees maximum, before that there was a boxed cooler at which the percentage at the stock frequency of 3300 was dropping tests because it was warming up above 80 (I thought, wondered and decided to postpone the transition to a new platform, but just overclock your old percent and bought a new vidyahu 1070: all top games fly on ultras!) The cooler got into the z9plus case, the lid closes, however, with the installation of fans, I had to conjure with improvised means using a wire hook to fasten the fans. The second cooler stood right on top of the RAM and, accordingly, in order to change it or add a cooler, you have to remove it, but the main thing is that it fit into the case, of course for such a cooler a full tower case is better, but these are additional costs, respectively. Quiet and cold purchase is very happy with the normal flight !!!
