Advantages: Functionality, yoghurt mode, ease of use, quality of work (quiet), appearance, delay start timer.
Disadvantages: there is no display backlight, the longest baking mode is 3 hours 10 minutes, which is sometimes not enough (for yeast-free bread), but I found a way out (see below). Quietly signals readiness.
Comment: Bought specifically for baking yeast-free sourdough bread. The baking technology of this bread assumes a longer proofing time of the dough (3-5 hours), which is not the case in automatic modes. The "longest" setting is "4. White bread" or "6. French bun" - 3 hours 10 minutes (when choosing the maximum weight of bread 1000 g). These modes work like this: ~ 30 min. kneading, ~ 30 min. proofing, then again kneading and proofing. It takes 2 hours. Then baking ~ 1 hour. Thus, kneading and proofing takes 2 hours. this is not enough for yeast-free bread, then I turn off this mode after 2 hours of work (ie before baking) and turn on the "18. Yogurt" or "19. Drinking yogurt" mode. In these modes, there is a slight heating (~ 40 C) at which the dough is proofed in "warmth" for about 2 hours (more or less, depending on the speed of raising the dough). Then I turn on the "14. Baking" mode for 1 h. 10 min. And all the bread is ready. I have the following scheme for yeast-free bread: Mode 4. White bread - 2 hours (out of 3 hours, not completely). Mode 19. Yogurt - 2 hours. Mode 14. Baking - 1 hour. 10 min. 5 hours and the bread is ready.

Disadvantages: Programs are not sorted in order of popularity - classic breads - 4th program The recipe book is too small, there is not even a recipe for baking regular bread.

Advantages: My dream has come true - I have a bread machine! But not all expectations were justified, pour everything you want and taste wonderful bread does not work, you need to strictly observe the proportions. If you cope with this, delicious bread is guaranteed!
Disadvantages: I would like a program with a longer proofing of the dough (I have the longest program with baking 3 hours 40 minutes), but these are my subjective feelings. Otherwise, everything is fine. Thank you Moulinex!)
Comment: As for other programs: I made yogurt, cottage cheese, baked muffins repeatedly, everything turns out superrr! I often cook the dough in it, but again, the program for kneading ingredients and proving the dough is 1 hour 09 minutes, but I would like 3 hours, or a program with the ability to adjust the time of proving the dough. But, of course, I found a way out - I take out the dough at the end of the program (it turns out to be an excellent bun) and put it in a warm place for another hour and a half. Despite these subtleties, I am very pleased with the purchase! I recommend to all!

Comment: Overall, the impressions are positive. Simple bread options do well if the ingredients are put in the right weight. The display backlight is not enough, the network cable is not removable, it is short. The instructions do not contain information on the details of the functions of the baking programs. Be careful about recipes for bread from the Internet, they do not always indicate the flour-water ratio correctly.

Comment: baked white bread, gray bread and corn flour. The recipes were arbitrary (for the last two types of bread.). Since January 1, we don't buy bread in the store. made dough for pies in it - excellent !!!!!!! I haven’t had time to try making yogurt, but I think there will be no problems with this either. Comment: Most often I make white bread. There was never such a thing that was not baked or flour remained. I cook according to a recipe book, it was included in the kit right away. Of course, what could be better than homemade crisp bread! I also tried to knead the pizza dough. It worked well.
