We have been using the stove for the third month. If you strictly follow the recipes, then everything (both bread and dough and muffins) turns out perfectly. You just need to use electronic scales in order to accurately observe all the proportions of the products. It is clear that any experiments and deviations from verified recipes increase the risk of failure. But in two months we did not have any frank fiasco, although we began to actively experiment with the rolls from the fifth. Separately, I would like to note several circumstances: 1) The bread maker is a large device, therefore it takes up a lot of space, and to open the lid you need a large supply of space on top; 2) You will have to constantly buy and keep on hand a large amount of different flour - you also need a place; 3) There is not a lot of hassle in the cooking process: for simple recipes, everything is measured, filled up and put into the oven in literally 5 minutes. The oven does not require significant cleaning efforts, because everything is easily removed from the non-stick coating by simply wiping with a damp sponge. 4) The homemade crust crumbles much stronger than the store one, the crumbs fly away vigorously when cut off - it is better to have specials. a slicing knife and a slotted board with a crumb tray. The impressions of the bread are as follows: the first times after switching from store-bought to home-made bread, there seems to be no such obvious wow-effect ... but if after a couple of months you try store-bought bread, then it seems simply inedible. 5) It should be borne in mind that the result strongly depends on the quality of the products: flour and yeast are strongly influenced - you need to choose the most suitable ones. The oven is very convenient to use for kneading dough (for example, dumplings) - you put everything inside, wait half an hour and the perfectly kneaded dough is ready without dust and any effort.

Great bread is produced in this bread maker! Relatives dissuaded from buying, said that I would not use it. I bought it and did not regret it. The simplest bread tastes much better than the most expensive store. Baked from different types and types of flour, ranging from wheat of the second grade (the cheapest) and ending with fine flour.The bread tasted differently, but it always works. No sagging tops, dull crumb, impurities. Everything is working out great. The main thing is to carefully read the instructions and strictly follow them. Everything is described in sufficient detail. I tried all the bread recipes from the attached book. The pizza dough is just a fairy tale, the first time I baked a delicious pizza. I tried to make croissants from this book - cool, tastier than store-bought ones. I am very happy with the purchase, do not regret the money spent.

The same goes for dumplings, dumplings, pies, etc. And Easter cakes ... this is generally a fairy tale .... the stove can knead and bake itself, but the shape will be square ... or you can ... fill up the ingredients ... knead the stove, put them in the oven and get your delicious cake in which you know what lies and what it is made of. Bread with a thin, crispy and at the same time tender, not hard crust, very tasty the next day. The minimum bread weight of 600 g is the best option for us, the 750 g loaf was too big (I compare it with my first bread maker). There is no window, but information about the current stage is displayed on the scoreboard, for me it is more convenient. Completely silent, even when you are nearby (again comparing). They write that there is a very quiet signal of completion, but I like it, again, the time remaining until the end of the work is counted on the scoreboard - it is easy to navigate. The only negative is that the case is heated. This is my second bread maker. The first was from another manufacturer (I used it for about three months, a factory defect was found - I passed it under warranty). For the price they are about the same, but the quality of the baked goods is incomparable! The bread also seemed to be tasty in that, until I tried this one.

I say without exaggeration - this is the best buy in the past 2018. Before buying, I was tormented by doubts, and my wife was against it for reasons of economy. But when the oven came, when we baked the first, then the second, the third bread ... It became clear that the need for a bread maker in the house is the level, if not of a washing machine, then at least a dishwasher.The closest comparison of necessity is a water filter: just as tap water becomes impossible to drink after getting used to the filter, so store bread becomes impossible to eat after your homemade bread. As for the cost of bread - I would not say that bread from the oven is cheaper, so you won't be able to save money here. Bread is definitely (!) Tastier, it does not stale longer, but it will be cheaper than store-bought bread by a maximum of 10-20%.

Before this stove, there was a 254th model, almost seven years, every day, without absenteeism - eventually the plastic drive under the bucket crumbled. For almost two months the family suffered without normal bread and dough preparation, until they bought the 2511th.

Just class! I used to buy bread almost every day, because I only love freshly baked bread. And, of course, I liked everything that was more expensive. What this oven does is significantly superior in taste and quality to the store. It turns out bread from childhood. There are many recipes. Already experimenting with ingredients. The main thing is to very accurately approach the proportions (I bought an electronic kitchen scale for this) and the choice of yeast. I picked up the yeast somewhere after the fifth attempt. And also jam "This is something! One and a half to two hours in total. Store options are just a miserable excuse. Even frozen berries make a song! What does not suit, and then conditionally, is the size of the unit. But it is impossible to fight this, since compact models are not on sale yet, and other manufacturers, if smaller, are not essential.

I went to the store already competently: I spent several hours on the web, analyzing reviews, characteristics and prices. I was going to buy a wonderful Scarlet, but the small portion of bread and the noise were alarmed, so I chose Panasonic, although it is expensive. Someone complained that he was warming himself, but he was heated no more than an electric kettle and that is normal, that's what the stove is for. We are preparing classic bread for now. For our taste, it should be allowed to mature after baking, dry a little, cool. Hot bread is too tender. Be sure to buy an electronic ingredient scale. The bakery departments of the stores have lost a client in the person of our family.

Appearance (nothing superfluous), you get a high-quality fluffy, tasty bread made from wheat flour. The bread does not burn. Perfectly prepares dough for baking, pizza, dumplings. They didn't make jams, it was somehow more familiar by hand ... We dreamed about it for a long time, chose it for a long time based on reviews and forums. They say that sometimes a poor-quality assembly comes across, so keep the receipts. But if the unit plows well, then it will serve faithfully for a very long time. In it you can experiment with other recipes from the forums, it "pulls" perfectly. We also tried recipes from the previous LG, it turns out a much better quality (fluffier and higher) loaf. Plastic doesn't smell, but smells awesome like bread.
Disadvantages:
The recipe for the Easter cake did not work out according to the instructions, the cake is very dry and fry. It would be less time, but it is impossible. You need to find an arc recipe or another mode. When installing, the bucket must be turned clockwise until it stops, resting in the literal sense of the word. Somehow, at the beginning of operation, the bucket was not sufficiently secured and the bun was not kneaded (I did not follow the dough). Now I determine by the sound that everything is normal. and watch the bun. Those. need to adjust. There is a risk of gaining weight from delicious bread.
