Advantages:

Disadvantages:
Everything is perfect. In the shipping box I did not crawl through the front door - I had to unpack it on the landing. Well, perhaps, to start the printer, I decided to invite a specialist from an authorized dealer - as far as I understood, this is necessary under the terms of the manufacturer's warranty. This pleasure cost less than 2 thousand rubles.

It should be borne in mind that the printer assumes installation on a special Ricoh branded cabinet. In the original configuration, it does not have legs for installation on a flat surface. Moreover, its bottom surface is not meant to be simply placed on a table. If this is done, then all of its 81kg weight will fall in places on the protruding ends of the mounting screws. This installation can damage the furniture and the printer itself. If there is no special cabinet (and it is not cheap at all), you just need to carefully examine the structure of the lower surface of the printer. You can make any spacers without any problem (I used small wooden blocks of plywood) and place them in the corners in suitable places. I made a curbstone for him myself - in a hardware store I sawed all the necessary parts from white MDF to size, I also needed: white adhesive tape for processing MDF ends, 4 legs on wheels, a 50x50mm bar, two hinges and a magnetic latch.The cost of the curbstone is about 2000 rubles. and an hour and a half for assembly.

Unlike HP - the paper weight actually does not matter, no jams, no double / triple grips, much more economical than HP (which cannot print even the declared volume of one cartridge - from 13 thousand on the strength of 10 thousand prints) Scan-panel ADF A3 \ A4 is very worthy - scanning in batches and transmission over the local grid is a fairy tale!
Disadvantages:
Scanning documents (passport, water certificate, etc.) from glass causes difficulties for users, because the machine is "smart", and "sees" that the document is not A3 or A4 - asks to indicate how we will scan ... although there is a simple way out - when changing a document / page, do not completely lift the scan cover (at this moment it just determines document size), and poke in A4 100% size manually ... PDF - prints slowly (more precisely - slowly takes to print).

We bought new developers, but so far it does not seem to require a replacement - the servicemen say that he will swear himself when it's time. Bottom line: It is better to buy a good universal harvester once, albeit expensive (the set cost 140 tr in February 16th) and change consumables in time - compared to Hewlett it is not comparable cheaper ...

The peculiarity of our agency is that sometimes you have to use textured paper. Unlike the famous Colotech, it is much more difficult to put toner on the texture. It must be said that the device copes well with most of the papers and envelopes, but sometimes it does not print rough textures. More often we also have to change the nodes - but this is quite profitable to do.

Wow, it's not cheap, but for the company this is a trifle, of course, they bought it, because the old MFP went to another world, he was 6 years old, he went through so much that he decided not to torment him anymore, clearly stands at someone's dacha and only scans now)) but now the time has come for this, from the merits of myself I will note - a lot of space for paper, a user-friendly interface, with a touch screen, a bunch of different possibilities. Built-in disk with memory, I heard about 1200 sheets. The print quality is high, all small details are clearly visible. schemes and so on, nothing is blurred. We took the tonners to it separately, it turned out inexpensively. Not loud by the way, everyone quickly figured it out. Basically, he prints with us, we scan as well, but not often, not even every day. Let's see how he will behave further. There were no problems with the drivers, everything was sorted out in the settings after a couple of days of use, there are just really a lot of them there, but we already remembered the main ones. Installation is free, a person comes and sets!

In terms of specs and reviews, the MP C2011SP was perfect for us. Our workload is more or less serious (landscape gardening, A3 color projects and various drawings), we can easily print up to 2,000 a month. We really liked the different options for test printing in the service when buying: drawings and photographs are printed tone-on-tone, thin and small objects (up to 2 mm) are printed perfectly. In practice, the quality has not dropped. We have been using it for several months, until we refueled it.

Ricoh is capable of printing documents up to A3 size. Printing on A3 and A4 of the same quality. The quality is excellent. Never had a paper jam problem before. A decent amount of sheets can be placed in the tray, the pack will fit exactly. If a certain time is not used, then it goes into sleep mode and eats less electricity.
