He has been in my car for a year now and has endured winter, summer and is preparing for the second winter. Not a single refusal. The flash drive, as I bought together with the reg for 32 GB of the tenth class, has been inside since then ... What am I doing wrong? Perhaps you shouldn't take anything at a sale, but spend 200 rubles more, but take a high-quality card?

I'm happy with the registrar. I'm very happy. It shoots well, it is convenient, everything is intuitively simple in the menu, charging sticks into the mount, the sound is clear, I like everything.

All that is needed, the registrar writes down: both numbers, larger details. The viewing angle is also more than enough - enough for the road and part of the sidewalk. It never happened that the video was not recorded, or suddenly began to re-record itself without my knowledge.

Many manufacturers are beginning to forget that not everyone needs super-duper sophisticated lenses, the newest matrices and heaps of tracking systems for the road about the price of over9000 money. Some (in fact, the majority, including me) simply need an inexpensive registrar that can take pictures of the numbers in case of anything, record the fact of the incident and remember to save it. I believe that this functionality is more than enough for a registrar. And everything else is stray, for which I do not want to pay. It's very good that there are models like this. Which provide a normal recording and at the same time cost in the region of five thousand.

Advantages:
Good quality of shooting. There is no pause between clips. Easy copy to PC. Via cable or SD adapter. Time synchronization by GPS. Hanged up only once for the entire time of use.
Disadvantages:
Low battery life. Absolutely "crooked" software for viewing filmed videos. Demanding with a class of flash card write speed. POI updates (cameras) on off. site appear very rarely and not relevant. The G-sensor is not working correctly. (not using)

Good quality of shooting! Qualitatively assembled, looks beautiful, good fastening, reliable. Detailed and understandable instructions, menu in Russian.
Disadvantages:
You cannot rotate the camera horizontally, for example, if you need to remove something to the left or right of the car, you will have to remove the camera from the mount. The microphone records sound poorly, it is impossible to make out who is saying what in the cabin. But in my opinion, this is not the main task of the registrar.

The recorder proves that you don't need to buy some expensive model in search of good quality shooting. The FD8 has absolutely no problems with this. Both day and night, the video is clear and detailed. Reg can shoot in SuperHD and the picture is great! Well, I can't forget about LDWS - it's the kind of thing that beeps when you move out of the strip. I do not know about other cities, but in Moscow time it works fine.

In terms of recording, it definitely wins over my last reg, in terms of ease of use - too (it can be quickly removed and put on, the power does not need to be connected every time). The mounts are similar in terms of convenience - both this and the past rotate around an axis. But I miss the Speedcam: I'm used to it, even if it was quite annoying and noisy. I will unlearn to drive.

Actually, I went to the store for the FD8 RED I, I didn't even know there was a second version. Of course, I chose a newer region, especially since the money came out almost the same. They explained to me that the processor here is faster, the matrix is newer, it can now shoot in HDR, although I have no idea what it is and how it is better than normal shooting, but it sounds like. As a result, I took this one, especially since the first version remained only a showcase sample, so even more so I did not take it.

Glass optics coupled with a fast processor give good video recordings. Even though they are not very clear along the edges, the main thing is that the numbers are visible from a fairly large distance - it takes 12 meters freely. Again, a fast processor is a guarantee that there will be no problems with the fact that videos on the memory card are not written correctly.
