Disadvantages: Heavy cover in my opinion. The cartoon stands under the hood on the stove, because Due to the fact that it is necessary to let off steam, I cannot put it on the countertop - it will soak the hanging kitchen cabinets. In order not to be afraid of the steam jet, I put a cloth on the valve before opening)
Comment: I chose a slow cooker for a long time, after my old one went to another world and did not lose, after the purchase I have never used the stove) the previous cartoon was used mainly for milk porridges, and in this one I cook absolutely everything: baked goods, soups, side dishes, compotes, pilaf. UPD! With longer use, one significant disadvantage was noticed for me - the silicone ring absorbs the smells of previous dishes and generously presents them with new ones. Onion-flavored compote or meaty cheesecake are not the most pleasant desserts. They say that the problem of a silicone ring is quite common and not only in Redmond, in some to a greater extent, in others to a lesser extent. If you wash the silicone ring in a timely manner, then the absorbency is minimized (they say). But I can't do that, because sometimes I put soups at night. A conventional detergent cannot completely remove odors, although over time the aroma became less harsh, but the sediment, as they say, remained. Baking and milk porridge suffer the most. The idea is to buy a spare ring, but you have to go somewhere to get it. In short, for those who are faced with the same problem - my LIFE Hacks: 1. Milk porridge without a ring, see below 2. If you are afraid that the new dish will smell old, you can wrap the silicone ring with a single layer of baking paper. 3. It is better to put vigorous spices after cooking, when it is no longer necessary to cover with a lid. 4. Who is afraid to splatter everything around - when carefully lowering the valve, hold a plate or tray over it, you can put a cloth on the valve itself. UPD2! There are still no complaints about the multicooker, except for the smell of the ring. experiments: 1. Porridge is great to cook without a ring, but the cooking time should be more than the default +10 minutes approximately, especially for rice porridge. 2. Baked charlotte without a ring. You need to pull out the ring and close the valve. Everything worked out) so that the top of the charlotte was ruddy, after the main. turn it over and put it on the baking program for 10 minutes.

Comment: After the purchase, I specially waited half a year for the review to be on the case. The first multicooker. I took it for 8 kilo rubles. Before that, I despised them, and cooked exclusively on the stove. But everything is changing. I took it immediately with the function of a pressure cooker and the cancellation of heating. This model has gone on in appearance and a set of functions. Yes, I do not need 100,500 programs, I need a decent reliable device and, preferably, look just as decent. I cook mainly the first and second courses, I do not suffer from baking bread and other savagery. Where it is necessary to boil everything to hell, for example, stewing beef or broth for soup from it, put maximum pressure. But stewing chicken legs - it is better to do it minimally, otherwise some bones will remain. I don't particularly complain about the elastic band of the lid when I cook rice after the stew - it does not smell like meat and spices, although many complain here that the smells from the gum are coming. I don’t know, guys, I have a very sharp nose, but I don’t smell terrible smells. Mine every time after cooking, I don't store anything in the bowl, I cooked it - put it in containers, washed it, you rejoice. If it is bad to wash, there is only one drawback, the lid may not fit snugly to the bowl, and at the moment the pressure builds up, the steam begins to peel between the lid and the multicooker itself, the pressure will not be able to build up, so I recommend spending 7-10 minutes of pressurizing and following. The second valve, which opens with a button, is a little capricious, when you close it, you need to follow the steam icon on the valve itself, it should look down (at you), if you twist the valve cap to the wrong position, the valve will not close. Due to the function of the pressure cooker, I did not cook anything for more than 20 minutes after the pressure was set, the notorious barley 15 minutes. I cook it and it is fabulous, and in 25 minutes it turns into oatmeal. Beef is stewed into the softest fibers for the same 15-20 minutes, depending on the cut. p.s. Regarding the recipe book: I made a dozen recipes, measured everything in grams clearly on a digital scale - everything is fine.

Advantages: 1. After the old one - M70 (which is broken) - cooking speed, fast, very fast ...... dishes are cooked for 10-20 minutes, only baking takes longer. 2. Reliability of the design (again, compared with the M70, there are no wires in the lid, and the mechanism for opening the closing of the lid itself). 3. At night in the kitchen excellent hours appeared (very pleased). 4. We can say that it has a stylish appearance (but usually I don't care, the multicooker was chosen according to its functionality).
Disadvantages: - a book of recipes, once again we play a sapper, whether the recipe is correct or not, in the end we hammer into the book and go to the Internet.
Comment: Yes, it suits everyone, we cook mainly in a multicooker, and heat it up in a microwave, an ordinary stove is more for decorativeness. ps some recipes require the valve to be opened, but it is not written.

Advantages: This is my first slow cooker. When choosing, I was guided primarily by the fact that it has functions for the whole family: a double boiler for a child and dietary meals, a pressure cooker, a deep fryer. And what delicious corn, juicy meat and ruddy pies are! We live in a village, and cooking in a multicooker is very convenient.The bowl is easy to clean, the lid is removable, the accessories are of high quality, a colorful recipe book is attached, there is a clock that runs regardless of cooking.
Disadvantages: To put on the lid, you need to get into the grooves, sometimes it is removed, grabbing the bowl. Many recipes involve frying, and I would like to use the multicooker less as a frying pan. There is a "curd" function, but it is wrong.
Comment: From experience - you need to take care of the valve rubber band on the cover, it is very expensive to replace.

Disadvantages: - Many people immediately change the usual power cable to a cord with a button on multicooker, but this will not work here, because it is irreplaceable. (I do not know why in other reviews they write that there is a switch there, mine came with a simple cord. Maybe the package was updated? Check when buying.); - Although the cover can be removed and washed separately, the inner metal part of the valve sits on the cover very tightly and is rather difficult to remove; - The lid is 100% easy to close and turn only before the start of cooking, while there is no steam and pressure under it. If you open / close it already in the process - for example, when you need to add some ingredients, then it is not the first time that you can turn it on (of course, we are talking about ordinary cooking, because in pressure cooker mode you simply cannot open); - The multicooker is quite healthy in height. I emphasize: exactly in height. I will not say that this is such a big drawback, tk. on the countertop, it eats up no more space than any other multicooker, but purely visually, at first it seemed cumbersome to me; - The container for steam cooking is plastic, which is strange: the device is not the cheapest, and I want this piece to be made of stainless steel in the base. At least some competitors put metal pallets in the kit and more budget multicooker; - A perfectionist's nightmare - the inscription "OK" rotating together with the pen. - The price has become incredibly high. Six months ago (already in the crisis) I took it for 8,177 rubles, and it was already a bit expensive for such a multicooker, but now, I see, it is sold for 15900 at all! Hey Redmond, did you get bitten by a pricing specialist from Bork?
Comment: Initially, I really did not want to take Redmond, tk. I once had a negative experience with another model of their multicooker. In short, then I ran into a marriage - I had to return and buy instead of it the supra 4511. After that incident, I was very biased towards their products. But, when a few years later, I once again needed to buy a multicooker, it turned out that, according to a set of criteria, only this model is suitable for me, and their quality seems to have become better, well, I reluctantly decided to take a chance. What can I say: so far everything is working, and the multicooker even makes me happy.

Disadvantages: it is too inconvenient to use the pressure cooker modes. the "soup" mode in the pressure cooker version does not justify itself, since with a large volume of liquid pressure builds up for a long time, and as a result, the speed of cooking the soup is comparable to cooking in the multicooker mode. but at the same time, you cannot lay vegetables from it in portions, since for this you would have to release / gain pressure again every time. it is also inconvenient to cook pasta, dumplings, eggs in a slow cooker - for a very long time. I understand that this is not necessary, but there was a moment when the stove was not at home, and they used a multicooker for everything. a book with recipes urgently needs moderation!), in particular, recipes for milk porridge and mashed potatoes.
Comment: in principle, happy with the device. chose it as a birthday present and did not regret it at all. the food is usually much tastier than on the stove. I wrote a lot about the cons, but all the other aspects of using the multicooker are only positive. you cannot tell about them in detail. but you should definitely buy a device and try it yourself.
