I like porridge very much, the regular mode heats up to 95 degrees, the porridge does not burn. I also cooked in vacuum using sous-vide technology, fried, cooked soups - the result was very pleasing !!!

Disadvantages: - Flimsy construction of the condensate compartment. After the first attempt to remove it for cleaning, the mount to the case broke. - Awful plastic on the steaming bowl. I saw some kind of review where a person says that the bowl was cracked, mine was without cracks (I checked it when unpacking and was delighted), but the plastic is so thin and fig (the joy was short-lived) that it cracked in the process of steaming already on third time. a vertical crack on the side does not in any way affect the functionality and does not interfere, it is simply striking :-) - the included spoon and ladle are made on the same level with the steamer bowl - they make you want to immediately throw them out and go to the store for a normal spoon made of wood, silicone or plastic that is pleasant to the touch. For mixing, I use a silicone spatula to eliminate the risk of scratching the bowl. - a little nagging - for some reason there is no clock in standby mode, it just stands and shows "----"

Comment: I took this model due to the fact that there is a timer for more than 4 hours for cooking using the sous-vide technology. In this she fully met my expectations. I bought it in a well-known Chinese store for only 4000. For this money, it is out of competition, tk. similar in functionality are more expensive. The plastic parts included are nonsense, but it's okay, just get ready to add 200 - 300 rubles. to buy a normal ladle and spoon, and a steamer bowl must be handled very gently. All in all, I highly recommend it !!!!

Disadvantages: Tight buttons. But this is not critical. I didn’t like the fact that there was no deep fryer in the kit, it had to be bought separately. You also need (if you want to cook this) buy yoghurt containers and ham. But these are trifles. The main disadvantage is that the bowl is not 5 liters, as indicated in the description and on the multicooker itself, but 4. By the way, for some reason now they write this way not only in this multicooker, but also in others. I don’t know what it’s connected with. The volume is felt, especially when before that you had a full-fledged cartoon of 5 liters.

Comment: I was buying a cartoon and was afraid - there are no reviews for this model, no videos. I decided to take a risk, and for good reason. I don’t know whether it’s in the “-” or “+” category that you need to hold the steam release button if you suddenly want to release the pressure before the slow cooker releases it by itself. In other models, I turned the lever and the pressure is released by itself, but here you need to hold the button. Summing up, I want to say that all the listed disadvantages are not so critical, and the advantages of multi cover all the minor disadvantages. In this price segment, the Redmond rmc400, in my opinion, is one of the best models. The good news is that you can choose the temperature, time, and pressure level. And most importantly, it turns out sooooo tasty. Made according to the recipe down to the gram, almost ate with fingers). I really hope that it will serve faithfully for a long time.

This is my first multicooker-steamer, I have never used anything like this before, so I can say very subjectively about the quality of cooking - everything is very tasty. If we compare it with a stove, then, for example, the meat turns out to be more juicy, the vegetables, according to the sensations, retain their structure (when you chew), and the soup seems to be more "saturated" with taste, as if infused. As for the multicooker itself - I can only find fault, and so, a very high-quality product. The question of reliability is still open, since I have been using it for only a month - but you should pay attention to A. the place of the joint of the lid and the multicooker itself (more accurately in this place) B. the steam outlet valve on the lid - somehow it hangs there imposingly, maybe so conceived - I don't know. Otherwise, everything is very happy. I would recommend this multicooker to purchase. I don’t know what possibilities other similar products have, but this one can do everything that a normal man, an economic woman and a lover of all sorts of sweets, a child, needs. I took for 3600r - price / quality - 100/100.
