Advantages:
- The speed is as stated. In HD Tune Pro benchmark, the average speed was 165 MB / s (stated - 156 MB / s), with a peak speed of 190 MB / s and a minimum of 100 MB / s. Connected to SATA 2. - Quiet and I have something to compare with. There is an ST3250824AS next to it, and now it is really noisy, but I hardly hear the ST1000DM010. - Slim. Only 2cm tall, while most hard drives are 2.6cm tall. The same goes for the weight - only 400 g - Cold. Under maximum load, the temperature was 32 degrees, although only two coolers (blowing and blowing) ventilate the case, and no special designs for cooling the drives have been installed.
Disadvantages:
- The warranty could have been extended to 3 years.

Speeds at the beginning of the disk: Sequential Read (Q = 32, T = 1): 222.100 MB / s; Sequential Write (Q = 32, T = 1): 204.343 MB / s. At the end, about 160 MB / s. When sequential read / write works without much noise. If accidentally, it clicks slightly. Immediately, the purchase field drove away stress tests for several hours. I use it for a month and a half, no problems have appeared. I am 100% satisfied with the purchase.

I inserted it and forgot (it just works without any problems and comments) - quiet (it is almost inaudible) - it does not heat up (photo below) - a small price (relatively of course, I took it for 3100r, I hope it will not affect the quality)

I took this disk as storage (for music, photos and films), installed a Plextor PX-128S3C SSD for Windows and games (I will leave a review later), after reading a little reviews and reviews, I decided to opt for the Seagate ST1000DM010, I don’t regret the choice yet since it works without problems (if it appears, I will unsubscribe)

Victoria showed the reading speed at the beginning of the disk and in the middle 140 megabytes per second at the end of 110-105 megabytes. I bought in exchange for Toshiba 1 terabyte, which did not stand the warranty and died with errors and lost a bunch of photos. Arakuda immediately showed itself even with the sound of smooth operation without any clicks, my coolers are louder. Well, the fact that there are only 4 orange ones for a whole terabyte, they were 200 microseconds to the sector, that is, a little longer than green ones. I have a 2-year warranty.
